7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday
How many hours per week are required?
10 hours
Description of Primary Duties
The job of the operation's assistant is to assist the Operations team in making sure that the facilities are ready for use by all who use them.
Job duties include:
- Meeting space setup for training and other business related events.
- Supporting maintaining the building for member and client use.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Provide IT support for the division of Community and Global Partnerships, including the office of International Programs; assist with hardware, printing, network, and software setups; provide troubleshooting and diagnostic testing of offices, classrooms, and conference rooms; assist with troubleshooting devices in classrooms and conference rooms; provide facility support as required; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Computer proficiency and familiarity with computer hardware, software, and general office equipment used in university offices; customer service skills; ability to multitask and handle multiple requests at once; attention to detail; organization, punctuality and reliability; must be able to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds and other cultures.

Experience with website development preferred; experience with social media marketing preferred.
