+ As the Guidelines Manager, you will oversee a growing team to manage workflow, escalate urgent files, and ensure timely and accurate handling of loan files.
+ This role is ideal for someone with strong processing experience, a background in team management, and an operations-focused mindset.
+ Supervise and guide a team of processors on loan files and workflow prioritization
+ Review and interpret AUS (Automated Underwriting System) findings
+ Oversee compliance with regulations across FHA, USDA, Jumbo, and Conventional loans
+ Maintain service levels (SLAs) even in high-volume or short-staffed situations
+ Act as a subject matter expert, supporting absolute files and overall pipeline efficiency
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum 5 years of recent loan processing experience
+ Proven experience managing a team (ideally 5-6 team members)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.50 - $37.50/hr.
