About Your Opportunity:

In this role you will provide support for all Learning and Development initiatives and team member development. You will work closely with the Director of Learning and Development to ensure that all L & D processes are executed smoothly.


How You’ll Contribute:

     Program Logistics & Support

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, including scheduling sessions, coordinating with external vendors, and tracking participant engagement.

• Assist in the creation and development of program content, including presentations, handouts, and support materials.

• Ensure all training materials and presentations are reviewed and updated on an annual basis.

• Develop cost analysis tools to monitor program expenses, assess efficiency, and evaluate return on investment to support strategic decision-making.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators, such as cost-per-team member training.

• Compile and analyze L&D data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.

• Maintain and monitor succession planning activities, including leadership profiles and individual development plans.

• Prepare and deliver quarterly succession planning progress report to Director of HR.

Team Member Engagement & Workforce Insights

• Analyze team member engagement data and partner with the Director of L&D to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

• Monitor and update Work Tango team member data for each survey.

• Create and present engagement reports, recommending actionable initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

• Organize and support engagement activities that reinforce company culture and core values.

 

Career Development & Learning Platforms

• Collaborate with the operations team to maintain and update career development maps that guide professional growth.

• Manage the LinkedIn Learning platform, monitor usage, and provide course recommendations to support team member development.

Company-Wide Events & Special Projects

• Work closely with the event planning committee to coordinate and execute company-wide events.

• Assist in the coordination of Corporate-led events and events with external partners.

Training & Orientation

• Create and record short training videos on topics such as the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and team member engagement.

• Oversee the Traliant discrimination and harassment training, ensuring compliance in all states.

• Develop and maintain a digital training library with videos and written resources for ongoing team member development.

• Participate in the orientation of new team members, including the L & D components when needed.

Relationships

• Reports to the Director of Learning & Development

• Provides support to all Team Members with regards to Learning & Development programs

• Supports Director of Human Resources with Succession Planning

Authority

· Maintain and verify training records

· Recommend and assign courses for individuals in LinkedIn Learning
 

Accountability

· Looks for ways to streamline processes of L & D

· Provides support for all L & D initiatives and programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field

• 5+ years in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development Management

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel.

• Ability to work additional hours as needed.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software systems, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements:

In a normal day, this position requires little to no standing or walking. In a normal day, the employee must be able to sit for 7+ hours. Essential Duties:

  • Model professional behavior and maintain positive working relationships in a therapeutic environment.
  • Adhere to confidentiality rules regarding clients and employees, both internally and with external agencies.
  • Proactively initiate and follow through on tasks using problem-solving techniques to ensure effective communication and resolution.

  • Develop and maintain accessible training materials and resources for staff.
  • Ensure new hire, annual, and ongoing training is completed within the required timeframes and follow up as needed.
  • Communicate with the RS to stay updated on residential client care needs and required DSP skills.
  • Support high-quality client care through problem-solving, skill development, and teamwork.
  • Complete weekly focus client checklists and review relevant client orders.
  • Relay important information to the residential team as needed.
  • Manage volunteer onboarding, training, scheduling, and engagement for a mutually beneficial experience.
  • Adjust work schedule as needed to ensure training needs are met across all shifts.
  • Provide on-call supervisor support as part of a rotating schedule to maintain continuous program quality.
  • Coordinate and schedule DSP interviews in collaboration with the RS.
  • Provide direct resident care when additional support is needed.
  • Cover residential staff shifts in emergencies.
  • Attend staff meetings and in-service training as required.
  • Report equipment and building maintenance needs.
  • Understand and follow emergency procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • CPR, First Aid, AED certification (provided by Origami)
