In-Home Pediatric ABA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst oversees the clinical aspects of their clients' care. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops behavior plans, trains Behavior Technicians, oversees the quality of services being rendered, and ensures all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.
Responsibilities
Oversees the clinical delivery of care, including the activities performed by Behavior Technicians.
Conducts initial and six (6) month assessments and recommends plans which drive outcomes aligned with clients' goals.
Provides supervision Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
Delivers Parent Training for a minimum of 1 hour each month.
Develops child specific Behavior Treatment plans.
Ensures all licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for both themselves and their Behavior Technicians.
Returns required documentation in a timely fashion (as outlined in company policy) to capture services rendered and meet payer requirements.
Performs reviews on Behavior Technician documentation to ensure accurate representation of services performed and quality service documentation.
Provides feedback to Behavior Technicians on duties performed from a clinical standpoint and coaches and guides improvements.
Ensures utilization of hours as prescribed are met.
The location of this position could be a combination of in-home and telehealth.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited university which meets BACB guidelines.
BCBA Certification OR Mid-Level (Market Specific) requirements are met.
1+ Year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete the course within the first 60 days.
Posted Salary Range
USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.

Essential Functions
- Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization. Ensures all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
- Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/ exit planning, in collaboration with parents and other stake holders, with the emphasis on delivering developmentally appropriate and socially valid client outcomes.
- Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
- Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
- Supervise others with a focus on developing supervisees' independent clinical skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and fulfillment of certification requirements.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional team members.
- Complete all administrative tasks in a timely fashion, including but not limited to generating reports, completing insurance reviews, and completing forms to ensure appropriate funding for client services and staff management.
Requirements
- Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements
- At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-home and/or clinic-based settings
