The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, develops andimplements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programmatic therapeutic services,and develops behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmentaldisabilities and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst actsas a program supervisor who educates, observes, assesses, and supervisesbehavioral service delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
+ Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field
+ Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a special education program serving students in grades 2-12 for the school year. This in-person role begins October 6, 2025, and runs through May 2026, with placements determined through virtual interviews with school principals.
Position Details:
+ Location: Lansing, KS (campus placement based on interview)
+ Start Date: October 6, 2025
+ End Date: May 2026
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (report times vary by grade level)
+ Hours: 37/week
+ Modality: In-person
+ Pay Rate: 65/hour
+ Grade Levels: 2nd-12th
+ Support Structure: Collaboration with RBTs, BCBAs, and behavioral staff
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop intervention plans
+ Provide consultation and training to staff
+ Supervise behavioral service delivery in special education settings
+ Collaborate with school teams to implement behavior plans
+ Support group-based interventions and staff development
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current BCBA certification from BACB
+ Master's degree in ABA, teaching, psychology, or related field
+ Experience in school-based behavior programs (preferred)
+ 1+ year pediatric experience (preferred)
+ CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable
+ CPI and Amergiss CPT training (preferred)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
