Responsibilities of a successful BCBA:

• Provide full-time, in-person case supervision for 6 or more clients receiving comprehensive ABA services.

The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is primarily responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior plans based on these assessments. RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES:

• Conducts descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses
• Prepares written Behavior Interventions Plans (BIP)
• Implements, and supervises ongoing implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
