Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Directs workers engaged in taking tickets at the entrance of the facility, seating guests, monitoring door entrances and exits and keeping unauthorized persons out of restricted areas.
- Conduct on-the-job training for new employees.
- Oversee the handling of all needs for guests with disabilities including ticketing, entrance/exiting, seating, and overall ADA compliance.
- Conducts frequent inspections of the front of house area of the facility, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and secure.
- Review reports or logs on all incidents and related activities for submittal to the Security Manager.
- Frequently evaluates the performance of all guest services personnel assigned under Lead's jurisdiction.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsibility includes training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work.

Education and Experience:- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of guest services experience in a similar venue
- Good leadership and communication skills necessary
- Knowledge of radio communication equipment
- Appearance must be clean and neat in appearance.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to walk freely up and down steps.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:
Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours. Physical requirements include feeling and reaching with hands and arms, walking, stooping, lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods of time. Position often exposed to adverse conditions such as fumes, wet floors, dust, and noise.

Job Summary
Fast, fun, and friendly are the main characteristics of this position. Checking in guests during peak hours, showing that classic "customer service" smile, and always having fun with this awesome team is what we want from you. We want to help answer guest questions and make their stay as enjoyable as we possibly can. If you are a people kind of person, then we want you for this position.
These are 8 hour shifts that range from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all standards are being applied by all staff members.
- Address all guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete
- Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.
- Supervise the activities and the service levels of the bell staff to ensure that the arrival, departures and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Highly organized.
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
