- Background: Dr. Reed is a Yakima native, WSU grad, and has been practicing small animal medicine for the past 10 years. She takes special interest in providing high quality care and excellent client communication. She was even a kennel attendant at Terrace Heights nearly 23 years ago!
- Leadership style: Dr. Reed's goal is to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best work through clear communication, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive work environment. She fosters a culture of trust and accountability, empowering team members to take ownership of their work and feel confident in their abilities.
