**Position Summary.**
**What you'll do.**
We are looking for a Director, Digital Media to support the strategic media planning, buying, partnerships, negotiations, execution, reporting and optimization of Paid Media Campaigns. You will ensure we are driving efficacy of investment, balancing the need to meet ROAS goals with the imperative of implementing never-been-done-before innovations and programs. This position needs to remain on the cutting edge of understanding and implementing emerging media channels.
+ Help to develop the next level of integrated media and marketing strategies and create a plan and vision that can lead to significant impact, innovation and industry acclaim for the brand and business.
+ Drive communications planning and media buying strategy across all paid channels including television, radio, print, out-of-home, digital, social, and mobile media.
+ Leverage insights, learnings, and modeling to help determine the right channel mix.
+ Leverage data tactics across channels to further bolster the data-informed portions of our plans with personalized messaging served during the right mindset.
+ Manage media agency partner teams to ensure that strategies and plans deliver against business objectives and create impact in the marketplace.
+ Manage US media category media budgets, including all operational, fiscal and investment ROI and evaluation responsibilities.
+ Collaborate with creative, experience, partner, social, performance, insights, data and analytic teams.
+ Coordinate/partner with internal and external stakeholders to author and present best practices, POVs, and strategic planning guidelines
+ Help create a pipeline of new ideas and methods of marketing including test and learn plans and analyze relative ROI possibilities.
+ Deepen and nurture relationships with media publishers and technology companies to enable first-mover access, most competitive rates, and development of innovative programs that drive our brand and business forward.
**What you'll bring:**
+ Media and Communications executive with10+ years of deep functional leadership experience in relevant media areas and integrated marketing communications. Media agency experience is a must, and client experience is a plus.
+ Deep understanding of media platforms and technology partners
+ Good understanding of performance digital marketing and full funnel execution.

About the role

The Digital Media Manager Social plays a pivotal role in leading Reckitt’s category media activations, with a strategic focus on delivering impactful digital campaigns. This role involves providing critical support to the internal CE team and global teams, ensuring alignment with Reckitt’s overarching media objectives. You will be responsible for translating audience insights from our Connexions process, defining the role of digital platforms, planning & developing success models around key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, frequency, and placement strategy.

You will oversee the daily media performance across Social channels (Meta, Tiktok), ensuring campaign optimizations are implemented. You will act as the senior digital expert for key social platform(s) – responsible for developing & updating digital channel playbooks, advising on campaign set-up and leading a team of digital in-house traders to support with the running of campaigns. 

The Digital Activation Hub Team at Reckitt Essential Home is a dynamic and highly skilled group dedicated to bridging the gap between marketing strategy and platform execution in digital media activations. This team is at the forefront of digital innovation, leveraging their extensive knowledge across various digital activation platforms to drive excellence in campaign performance. Reporting to the Digital Trading Lead you will be responsible to making sure our Digital media is planned strategically, and executed with precision across activation platforms, thus ensuring the best use of the platform capabilities are harnessed and all media best practices are followed. 

Your responsibilities

Strategic (30%):
•    Lead the development and execution of category media activation plans, ensuring they align with Reckitt’s marketing goals
•    Provide strategic support to the internal CE team and global teams, focusing on audience translations, platform roles + capability, critical KPIs &providing inputs into global strategic frameworks
•    Develop and update digital channel playbooks, championing best practices and new platform capabilities.
•    Input into the Global Media Success model by testing and finalizing the key Digital KPIs for each brand across reach, frequency, phasing and placement strategy
•    Present key recommendations during full-year brand planning, advising on digital media channels and in-platform tactics that align with media communications objectives.
•    Showcase planning rigor by utilizing key platform planning tools to provide the best recommendations, ensuring campaigns are strategically sound and optimized for success.

Execution and Optimization (70%):
•    Oversee the daily media performance across key social channels, ensuring campaign optimizations are implemented effectively.
•    Stay close to platform capabilities and betas, identifying areas where they can be used and deployed in our activations.
•    Continually deploy and track media productivity levers for the platform and report back on performance.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital test & learns, driving continuous improvement in media activations.
•    Provide monthly media actualizations to Reckitt finance teams and share weekly optimization insights with local CE Data Analysts.
•    Identify new testing opportunities to drive media activations forward, working with industry partners and internal stakeholders.
•    Proactively share successful case studies and results with wider teams to foster a culture of excellence.

The experience we're looking for

•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
•    Proven hands-on experience in planning & buying successful programmatic and/or paid social/search campaigns. (Min. 5 years of in-platform experience)
•    Demonstrate strong understanding of Paid Social (Meta, TikTok etc) and paid search a plus
•    Previous exposure to using ad verification & ad server platforms such as the likes of DoubleVerify & Google Campaign Manager
•    Experience in managing teams, setting objectives & aiding with task prioritisation
•    Experience in understanding brand planning, marketing goals and objectives to translate them into media plans and activations
•    Understanding of the local media ecosystem a plus

About the role

The Associate Digital Media Manager plays a critical role in activating & managing social media campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, paid search, and retail media platforms. About the role

The Associate Digital Media Manager plays a critical role in activating & managing US Reckitt digital campaigns in-platform. You will own the day-to-day management of assigned digital campaigns within key media channels across all Reckitt Core brands – responsible for ensuring the correct campaign set-up, reviewing media performance, undertaking regular campaign optimizations & sharing performance recommendations.

Your responsibilities

Campaign Set-Up:

  • Set-up campaigns correctly within the agreed campaign timelines

  • Supporting Digital Media Managers on activation planning tasks

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Communications and Grants, the Digital and Social Media Manager will work to create digital and social media that will advance the missions of Elizabeth Seton Children's Foundation (ESCF), Elizabeth Seton Children's Center (ESCC), Elizabeth Seton Children's School (ESCS) and Elizabeth Seton Children's Rehabilitation Center (ESCRC). The Digital and Social Media Manager will help to ensure that the Elizabeth Seton Children's family of organizations is viewed as an excellent and innovative provider of care, education and hope for children and young adults who live with some of the most challenging medical conditions on earth. The Digital and Social Media Manager will also work to propel traditional media and marketing initiatives forward and assist in the grants management process to secure general and programmatic funding for the organization and its Capital Campaign.

Position will be located at ESCC Yonkers with travel to our White Plains campus.

Onsite through 6 month probation period thereafter hybrid will be evaluated based upon projects.

Responsibilities will include:

Communications & Marketing
  • Specifically focused on sourcing stories of success and good news throughout Elizabeth Seton Children's for digital and social media to create an engaging and consistent presence on all relevant platforms/outlets. This includes, but is not limited to: Constant Contact email communications, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Schedules a social media content calendar that details at least three months out
  • Tracks and reports on social and digital engagement with high-level notes about data and key performance metrics and makes strategic recommendations to the team based on best practices, user engagement and trends
  • Organizes, catalogs and manages digital assets
  • Advances digital marketing efforts for fundraising, recruitment, etc.
  • Working in WordPress and drafts, revises and posts material for the organization's website on a consistent basis to ensure that it always remains up-to-date in content, as well as look and feel, and works directly with the organization's webmaster when required
  • Independently coordinates logistics for photo and video shoots, including consents/permissions, with photographers and videographers
  • Deftly captures organic photo and video content
  • Collaborates directly with graphic designers, printers, photographers and videographers, as well as the organization's Innovative Media Developer, to advance projects
  • Provides support to propel traditional media efforts forward (print, news media, press releases, etc.), as needed, and supports the department's production of key messaging pieces (print newsletter, Annual Report, Capital Campaign materials and other collateral)
  • Provides administrative support to make sure grant submissions are received on time and tracked for the team
  • Ensures the Elizabeth Seton Children's brand is consistently represented accurately by developing PowerPoints, Canva presentations and other branded pieces for various departments for internal and external audiences
Fundraising/Advancement
  • Oversees the organization's Constant Contact database to ensure consistency and accuracy for targeted communications
  • Supplies the Advancement team with needed photo, video and digital assets
  • Serves an ambassador for Elizabeth Seton Children's at on and off-site events, including fundraisers, and manages photo/video for these events, such as live social media
  • Supports fundraising efforts including the Advisory Committee and Young Professionals, as required
Talent Management
  • Supports Talent Management's staff recruitment efforts and employee engagement by crafting poignant testimonials, content and print/digital materials for internal/external use (ads, flyers, etc.)
  • Develops internal communications for the employee portal to engage, inspire and align employees with Elizabeth Seton Children's mission
Qualifications

Education & Qualifications Requirements:
