The ideal candidate will possess:

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, with at least 7 years in managing market access and payer relations.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong leadership abilities.

**Overview**

**Leader Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and execute the company's sales strategy (including sales-related components of the overall company strategy) and oversee all operational plans aimed at achieving the company's sales objectives.

**Compensation Statement**
