To achieve our aggressive goals for new product launches and internal optimization, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Project Management to lead critical strategic initiatives across Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Reliability, Packaging, and Formulation. How You Will Make an Impact

To achieve our aggressive goals for new product launches and internal optimization, Frida seeks an experienced and strategic Vice President of Project Management to lead critical strategic initiatives across Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Reliability, Packaging, and Formulation. As the leader of this team, the selected candidate will spearhead the scaling of NPD from design through launch, requiring the ability to manage detailed timelines and cross-functional collaboration. The VP of Project Management will work directly with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure all project goals are met from inception through launch, ensuring appropriate product supply, at target margins, at desired quality, with timing expectations for ship-to-trade commitments.  This seasoned leader will be expected to offer creative solutions when issues or constraints arise. Responsibilities include: 

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a project management framework tailored to the unique demands of the market, ensuring alignment with business goals
