**Position Summary**
The Director of Walmart Advisorship serves as the strategic lead between Edgewell and Walmart, acting as a trusted advisor/validator to Walmart's merchandising and category teams. **Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of experience in CPG sales, category management, or shopper insights with a focus on Walmart or mass retail.
+ Proven leadership in a Category Captain or Strategic Advisor role with demonstrated influence at the merchant level.
+ Deep knowledge of Walmart tools (Retail Link, Scintilla, Luminate) and space management software (JDA, Apollo, etc.).
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategy and action.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - 252,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.

· The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $248,100 to $372,100 USD annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $8,500 - 97,500 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance.
