We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process!
Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $ .40 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.

The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Commission Plan Information
