Basin is a small, but rapidly growing, retail company with two stores in Florida as well as an online presence. Our goal is to provide our customers with an innovative and exciting bath and body retail experience. Basin is committed to providing ethical products to its customers and is opposed to animal testing and harmful chemicals (such as parabens, mineral oil, etc).
What we are looking for:
Basin is looking for warehouse workers to join our team. This position works on the warehouse floor, processing orders by picking and filling boxes/containers. They will send and accept shipments while keeping the warehouse clean and safe at all times.
The ideal candidate has experience working in an fast-paced warehouse environment. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while fulfilling orders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inventory - Pick and pack products as ordered by the customer into bins, boxes, and containers. Maintain an inventory list and assist with restocking products and supplies as needed. Prepare products for final distribution. Report defective products as discovered and maintain thorough notes and paperwork. Review and process invoices as directed by leadership and keep excellent documentation on supply and payments for recordkeeping. Operate a pallet jack to move product around.
- Safety and housekeeping – Ensure a safe warehouse environment by keeping an organized work station and alerting supervisors of any concerns. Review any complaints and notify the shift leader of on-going shipping or receiving issues. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Description
- Handle all incoming shipments
- Perform verification of purchased products and enter order receipts into the client's computer system.
- Perform quality assurance inspections when appropriate
- Place received material, after segregating back orders, into proper warehouse storage locations. When appropriate, relocate and consolidate material and notify management of new bon/table locations
- Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment (including assembling & hold orders)
- Prepare bills of lading and express receipts
- Assist in loading the trucks
- Prepare local delivery records and complete applicable blocks on the pick ticket
- Maintain appropriate forms pending return of material
- Inspect the condition of returned material before completing return authorization forms

Job Description
- Pick and pack orders of signs & sign supplies in preparation for shipping to customers.
- Load and unload delivery trucks by hand as well as a forklift.
- Ship and receive orders, utilizing RF scanners & Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Maintain clear and accurate records on all inventory.
- Accurately measure and cut custom size product pieces for customers using panel saw and/or roll slitter.
- Examine workplace conditions daily to ensure they conform to applicable OSHA standards and Grimco's Warehouse Safety Checklist.
- Assist couriers and delivery drivers' load vehicle, verify load for accuracy, and work to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Maintain equipment, trucks, and warehouse (e.g., cleaning/sweeping warehouse, maintenance, special projects).
- 1+ years of warehouse experience
- Knowledge of WMS, printing ticket orders, MS Office Suite, email, internet navigation.
- Ability to compete and pass a criminal background screening.
- Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis.
- Requires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily.
- Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products.
- Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift).

Job Description
We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual to join its team. This full-time position will focus on warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping products, loading/unloading trucks, and some driving as well. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Order picking/staging
- Replenishment
- Shipping/receiving
- Staging orders for delivery and loading company vehicles in a warehouse/yard environment
- Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques, etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment.
- Delivering product to customers and branch locations
- An eye for safety including pre-trip inspections, securing loads, and strict adherence to DOT/CDL regulations.
- Understanding and adherence to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA.
- Other related duties as assigned
- Basic computer knowledge, including keyboard (typing), mouse, and Internet use
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred , but not required
- Acceptable driving record
- Forklift experience helpful
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
