This role is vital in ensuring the seamless movement, storage, and distribution of materials, supplies, and products within our facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate shipping and receiving processes, optimizing inventory management, and supporting warehouse and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Maintain precise records by documenting received items in inventory management systems.
• Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments in accordance with company and customer specifications.
• Generate shipping labels and other essential shipping documents to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations for easy accessibility.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and proper handling procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist in material movement to production lines to support seamless manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse or production facility setting.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.

Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution includes roles that manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities (planning and execution, distribution is covered by carrier management). • Lift products, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 50 pounds
• Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout the duration of your shift
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Ability to work while being exposed to cold temperatures in the winter and hot temperatures in the summer (NON-CLIMATE CONTROLLED BUILDING)

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between 17.00 - 17.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
