**As the Global Supply Chain** **Counsel** **,** **you will have an opportunity to:**
+ Play a critical role in leading the transformation of the Revelyst supply chain organization to identify and execute strategies to work more efficiently and effectively.
+ Apply legal framework in partnership with Finance and Supply Chain to develop a global legal strategy, including standard terms and conditions, MSAs, and SOWs with the vendor landscape.
+ Understand latest developments related to the supply chain and logistics industry, and changes to key supplier/vendor business conditions to improve Revelyst's strategic position through application of legal framework.
+ Maintain current knowledge of laws, regulations and case decisions that bear on supply chain management, including awareness of international trade regulations, ESG standards, product safety and quality regulations, data privacy and security regulations, anti-corruption, and bribery regulations toprovide proactive legal advice asrequired.
+ Advise on risk and implications to commercial terms and agreements, and upon request provide legal advice to other departments as required.
+ Structure and oversee application of consistent global legal best practices.
+ Lead organizational structure, governance and administration of document routing, cataloging, storage and maintenance across software and service suppliers/vendors
+ Establish our contract expiration process (i.e., 180/90/60/30 reminders, owners, actions, and risk) by category (i.e.,indirect and direct sourcing, distribution and transportation, repair, and disposal, etc.).
+ Provide legal review, advice and drafting in negotiating contracts for the acquisition of goods and services, such as distribution, transportation, purchase, rental, service agreements, assuring consistency with business terms, policies, and regulatory requirements.
+ Establish and assist in the negotiatians with our Sourcing Team regarding long-term agreements with critical/strategic suppliers to help ensure best value options for the company.
+ Coordinate and ensure that all proper signing authorities and governance processes are observed on Supply Chain contracts.
+ Demonstrate knowledge of the organization's core values and incorporate them in the performance of duties.
+ Review and revise policies, procedures and training materials as needed.
+ Develop training materials and provide legal training on substantive legal topics.
+ Proactively negotiate and reviewenterprise level contracts, beyond the Supply Chain function,as needed.
+ Assist in the coordination and tracking management on all contracts and agreements within our central legal database.

**Pay Range:**

Job Summary:
The Director of Supply Chain will lead multiple teams of supply chain professionals across various sites in the US and Mexico. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$46,280.00-$3,560.00
The base salary range is used nationally in the United States, excluding Puerto Rico. The Medtronic Internship Program offers an hourly rate of pay that falls within the range of 22.25 to 25.75 per hour. The hourly rate offered will be determined by the position and is subject to variation based on the number of years of school completed.
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

Position Summary:
As a Distribution Operations Intern you will play an active role in the operation of a fast paced multi-million-dollar distribution center. For 12 weeks during the summer, you will join our Distribution Operations team in one of our distribution centers across the US and receive an exceptional experience through a mix of on-the-job training, project management experience and ongoing mentorship from your leadership team. Through this internship, you'll have the opportunity to:
