What you need to succeed at GXO:

The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for all operational activity including order entry, load planning, and load monitoring. The Supply Chain Supervisor will supervise salary associates, and is responsible for performance management. Actively involved in the hiring process as well as customer interactions.

Shift: Monday thru Friday 12:00pm - 8:30pm

Major Responsibilities:

• Lead team of salaried employees (includes: performance review, corrective action, and goal setting)
• Provide detailed instruction to various personnel via email and phone

• JDA Transportation Management System experience preferred
• Must have strong attention to detail and effective communications skills

Position Summary:

A Supply Chain Analyst will maintain solutions as it relates to the customer agreement and may recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency, provide cost savings or reduce support.
