As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in our rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company. Your responsibilities will include walking around the warehouse to pick and pull orders, using a scissor-lift for high-rack item retrieval, and ensuring accuracy by verifying labels and contents.
**Responsibilities**
+ Walk around the warehouse picking and pulling orders.
+ Use a scissor-lift to pick items in a high-rack warehouse.
+ Maintain high attention to detail to verify labels and contents.
+ Read and follow work orders and packaging lists.
+ Verify counts of products pulled.
+ Package products and prepare them for shipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year warehouse experience.
+ Proficiency in English.
+ Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
+ Experience with forklift, picking orders, and order fulfillment.
+ Capability to operate cherry picker and order picker.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable standing on feet for 8+ hours.
+ Ability to lift 10-25 lbs consistently.

**Work Environment**
Work in a warehouse setting with two shifts available: 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin Township, New Jersey.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

**Factory Location** : Somerset, NJ
**Compensation:** $18.11/hour
**Shift differential:** 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
**Schedule** : 6:00am to 2:30p shift,12-hour shifts / Monday- Friday.
Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities
+ Operate, clean, and service water dispensers and equipment
+ Packaging parts, loading raw materials, equipment washing, quality control inspections and data recording
+ Maintain workstation in an organized and clean manner to ensure safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
+ Interact with production team members, quality control and maintenance technicians to maximize output and efficiency
+ Safely use and work around various chemicals and follow SOP's accordingly
+ Assemble, wash and sanitize various units as required using the established procedure
+ Effectively read and utilize instructional, mechanical, and electrical technical manuals
+ Capable of using a pneumatic drill and other hand tools
+ Considerable ability to follow oral and written instructions
+ Work in wet work areas, ensuring the use of proper chemicals and following all safety protocols
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
+ Minimum (1) years' experience in related role, prior exposure to manufacturing in the food or beverage industry preferred
+ Ability to work independently or collaboratively, with strong communication skills
+ Able to lift and pull 50 lbs. as needed while performing work continuously throughout the shift
+ Ability to sit, stand, push, pull, climb ladders, walk all day with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Must be able to do physical inspections of equipment that will require climbing, reaching, and extending arms overhead
