Sponsorship not available.Our client is seeking a Material Handler in Princeton, NJ.Role DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•Coordinates internal and external customer requests across multiple unit operations during their shift to include personnel, material, and logistical needs.•Working with production planning, the Sr. Manufacturing Associate, and other shift leads to establish daily unit operations schedule that includes people, product, and material flow across multiple shifts.•Completing and reviewing documentation required by process transfer protocols, validation protocols, standard operating procedures, and batch records.•Assisting in the training of staff who are less experienced to ensure they have the necessary technical skills and knowledge.•Initiation of company discrepancies/deviations for non-conforming materials and operational anomalies.•Assisting in setting up warehouse operations equipment/fixtures. • Load and unload packages
• Organize stock in the most efficient way using forklifts, pallets, cranes etc.
• Receive and check incoming pick tickets
• Pull material to fulfil orders properly
• Wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed
• Document orders, materials and any stock movements.

• 2 + years of proven experience as a Material Handler.
• Familiarity with voice picking systems or RF devices is a plus
• Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
• Availability to occasionally work overtime

• Must have reliable transportation
