Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise. Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.

  • Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list.

  • Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.

  • Works with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.

  • Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.

  • Works with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met up to and including key performance indicators based on individual performance.

  • Follows operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.

  • Takes responsibility for individual performance and works with club leadership on individual performance when metrics are not met.

  • Securely packages the order in accordance with standard operating procedures.

  • Ensures the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized. Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.

  • Processes returns to the club and makes determination on how to handle (via DDR or Membership desk)

  • Maintains all club policies and procedures. Including adhering to proper dress code standards.

The Cycle Counter - IM Associate is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory. Duties also include miscellaneous stores/stockroom activities to maintain inventory accuracy through proper processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues.

Requirements:


Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  1. Cycle count raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials on a daily basis.
  2. Utilize software to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity.
  3. Ensure materials are in proper locations. Conducts searches in order to locate misclassified inventory.
  4. Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items to determine quantity on hand.
  5. Reports discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision - publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics.
  6. Communicates and develops process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them).

Job Qualifications Mandatory:

  1. Strong warehouse experience.
  2. Able to demonstrate a willingness to keep learning and improving.
  3. High level of energy and drive to work with a team.
  4. Excellent people and communication skills with ability to work with different personalities.
  5. Maintain neat, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.

  8. Ensure proper and full-time use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  12. Assists in maintaining the sanitation, security, and safety of the warehouse.
  13. Experience using a scan gun.

  1. High school diploma required; one year of related experience in shipping and receiving.
  2. Organized thought process with high attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate results, effective prioritization to meet scheduled deadlines, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  3. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Proven time management skills with the ability to respond to time-critical issues and work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent work ethic: ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player.
  6. Professional attitude and the ability to represent the company with integrity.
  7. Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  8. Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
  9. Comfortable using a PC with computer software packages, including Microsoft Office Suite. Excel proficiency preferred.

Requirements:

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  1. Receives verbal instructions from manager.
  2. Obtains product from racking, pallets, bins, or shelves.
  3. Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
  4. Organize warehouse space.
  5. Re-packs and re-organizes product in storage areas and pick locations.
  6. Inspect pallets and products for defects and damage.
  7. Ensures proper replenishment and Put Away/Dock to Stock policies.
  8. Assists with unloading and receive/stage all incoming trucks.
