The Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely picking and fulfilling customer orders, packaging, and document preparation of shipment across all product lines following documented procedures for their branch location.
Responsibilities:

Job Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners, forklifts if certified) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and updating records in the system.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring products are stored in the proper location.
- Assist with training new employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and job duties.
- Open cases or cartons, sort contents, and prepare items for storage or processing.
- Build and wrap pallets following company specifications and customer requirements.
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Support packaging, shipping, and receiving operations as needed.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English fluently.
- Technologically literate (comfortable using computers and RF scanners).
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to become certified).
- Ability to train and support new employees.
- Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements: push, pull, lift.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. assisted, and 25-50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
