As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing facility by ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products. This full-time position involves both inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, processing, and organizing inventory. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring shipments are accurate and timely.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and physically capable of performing manual labor. You'll be expected to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs, work 8-hour shifts on your feet, and operate in both indoor and outdoor environments, including high temperatures. A key part of your responsibilities will also include performing routine maintenance on holding tanks and assisting with training new team members.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of warehouse experience and a high school diploma or GED.
