- Handle, move, load, and unload materials using manual and material handling equipment.
- Open and seal crates, boxes, cartons, and other containers with precision.
- Collect, sort, store, and distribute materials efficiently.
- Process orders from requisitions and dispense stock items accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and maintaining accurate records.
- Oversee the shipping, receiving, and processing of freight in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure orderly stocking and timely delivery of merchandise.
- Maintain and update the purchase order system as shipments are received, canceled, or backordered.
- Prepare and process inventory paperwork diligently.
- Regularly update management on inventory issues and participate in kit and bundle breakdown activities.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze non-routine issues.
- Proficient in relevant competencies associated with warehouse operations.
- Experience in training or mentoring junior staff is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to explain practices and procedures clearly.
- Ability to adapt and make minor adjustments to working methods as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. • Perform tank readings, customer pick-ups, LTL shipments.

• Loads, fills and labels drums, kegs, pails and other containers from bulk according to assignment in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Places containers on pallets for transport or stock.
• Picks and stages products to be loaded in delivery trucks according to the delivery schedule.
• Loads and properly secures products in delivery trucks according to manifest on a daily basis.
• Unloads delivery trucks in an efficient manner and stores products in appropriate area.
• Completes and submits accurate records of products received and/or filled on a daily basis.
• Updates products that are loaded on all trucks and utilizes the load/unload slips.
• Retrieves and submits packing slips for products received in a timely fashion.
• Operates forklift, hand truck, pallet and electric jack as needed.
• Assists in tracking returned drum inventory.
• Maintains warehouse area in a clean, orderly and safe manner and reports any corrective or preventive maintenance issues; fire extinguisher checks.
• Completes accurate inventory of products as needed.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
• Maintains a flexible work schedule to include irregular hours, weekend and holidays.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug.
