ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. - Receive and stock product (bulk and package); repackaging.
- Perform tank readings, customer pick-ups, LTL shipments.
- Restock warehouse/driver supplies.
- Loads, fills and labels drums, kegs, pails and other containers from bulk according to assignment in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Places containers on pallets for transport or stock.
- Picks and stages products to be loaded in delivery trucks according to the delivery schedule.
- Loads and properly secures products in delivery trucks according to manifest on a daily basis.
- Unloads delivery trucks in an efficient manner and stores products in appropriate area.
- Completes and submits accurate records of products received and/or filled on a daily basis.
- Updates products that are loaded on all trucks and utilizes the load/unload slips.
- Retrieves and submits packing slips for products received in a timely fashion.
- Operates forklift, hand truck, pallet and electric jack as needed.
- Assists in tracking returned drum inventory.
- Maintains warehouse area in a clean, orderly and safe manner and reports any corrective or preventive maintenance issues; fire extinguisher checks.

AutoZone is hiring Warehouse Associates to support order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer service in our state-of-the-art distribution centers. No experience? No problem! Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a team player, ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.
- Communicate effectively, working with team members to streamline processes.
- Maintain adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced environment and learning new skills.
- Ensure outstanding customer service, fulfilling orders with speed and accuracy.
- Receive & inspect orders, verifying shipments for quality and compliance.
- Pull and pack inventory, ensuring efficiency in order fulfillment.
- Stock and replenish products, maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Coordinate outbound shipping, supporting retail distribution and logistics.
- Perform cycle counting, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
- Maintain warehouse safety standards, following safety-sensitive protocols.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
- Flexible Schedule: Availability for various shift schedules.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Understand the demands of a dynamic work setting.
You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- PIE Operation: Prior experience operating Power Industrial Equipment like forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks and stackers.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- High Volume: Prior warehouse experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment.
