Job Description
Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, and products within a warehouse environment. This role ensures accurate and timely handling of inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. May also support facilities maintenance and delivery operations.

+ Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
+ Drive company vehicles when required.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in operating forklifts and RF scanners.
+ Experience with inventory management and WMS.
+ Attention to detail for verifying packing lists and quality checks.
+ Basic computer skills for printing forms and creating shipping labels.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing or sitting for extended periods.
+ Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 1+ year of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory preferred.
+ Basic math skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.
+ Familiarity with FedEx shipping systems is a plus.
+ Safety-conscious and dependable.

**Job Title: Warehouse Worker - 2nd & 3rd Shift available!**
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker on the 3rd shift, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling raw materials, packaging, and finished goods using stand-up reach trucks. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all operations are in compliance with safety protocols.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate stand-up reach trucks to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
+ Load and unload trailers and stage materials for production and shipping.
+ Maintain accurate inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
+ Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
+ Follow all GMP, HACCP, and OSHA safety protocols.
+ Assist with general warehouse duties including pallet wrapping, labeling, and sanitation.
+ Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and quality teams.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 1 year of experience operating stand-up reach trucks.
+ Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot/cold conditions.
+ Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety awareness.
+ Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

**Work Environment**
Work during the hours of 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment supporting overnight production and shipping. The warehouse is well-lit with moderate to high noise levels from machinery and forklifts. Temperature varies by area, with some zones being cooler or warmer. You will frequently stand, walk, and operate forklifts for extended periods, regularly lift 40-50 lbs, bend, and reach. Personal protective equipment such as steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety vests are required. The facility follows strict GMP and HACCP food safety protocols, with daily sanitation routines and clean aisles maintained by forklift operators. Collaborate with a supportive overnight team and communicate clearly with production, shipping, and quality control departments. Supervisors are on-site to provide guidance and ensure safety compliance. Equipment includes stand-up reach trucks, RF scanners, pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, and warehouse management systems. Daily equipment checks and maintenance logs are required.
