**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
**Job Description**
As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will work in a large warehouse that serves as a third-party logistics provider for government clients. You will be tasked with various duties, including receiving stock into the computer system, verifying products and part numbers, repacking, and attaching shipping labels. You will utilize a computer system to find part locations, walk through the warehouse to pick items, and create orders. Accuracy is crucial as you will handle parts/products destined for military branches worldwide. Additionally, you will use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to look up and change item locations. The role involves both desk work and walking on the warehouse floor, with a workload that may vary daily.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive stock into the computer system and verify products and part numbers.
+ Repack items and print and attach shipping labels.
+ Utilize the computer system to find part locations and pick items from their locations to create orders.
+ Ensure high attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts/products for military branches.
+ Use a WMS to look up and change locations of items.
+ Operate manual pallet jacks as needed.
+ Handle varying workloads that change day to day.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment with picking/packing, shipping, or receiving.
+ Proficient with computers and able to look up part numbers, lot numbers, and inventory.
+ High attention to detail and quality checks.
+ Experience with inventory control and production.
+ Ability to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with RF scanners.
+ Motivated to learn and adapt.
+ Honesty and ability to speak up if something is incorrect.
+ Ability to work independently.
+ Previous experience working with part numbers is beneficial.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a very large, non-climate-controlled warehouse. The job involves sitting, standing, or walking, with shifts from 7am to 3:30pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

General Laborer ? Responsible for general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment. ? Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements. ? Operate industrial power equipment. ? Restock and replenish as appropriate. ? High School Diploma Preferred. ? 0 - 1 year of general work experience. ? Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience preferred ? Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product. ? Demonstrated attention to detail. ? Forklift certification is a plus.
