The hourly pay rate for this is $19.25 per hour. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the pay rate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate and this rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in (state). This rate may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for hourly shift differential. What you'll do on a typical day: 
- Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility
- Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment
- Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
- Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner
- Adhere to the 7S program
- Maintain a clean environment at all times
- Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members
At a minimum, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
- 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed
- Experience using a handheld scanner
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
- Handle or manage tools or equipment
- Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

Job Description
The QA Warehouse Associate is responsible for providing operational support to the Technical Inspector/Tire Warranty Technician. This position plays a key role in the handling, processing, and documentation of warranty tires and scrap materials, ensuring that all quality assurance and warehouse procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
-  Load and unload warranty tires using a forklift and/or by hand 
-  Process scrap tires, including lumping and cutting as required 
-  Move scrap tires to designated storage or disposal areas 
-  Clean and maintain the QA C.A.P. Center to ensure a safe and organized work environment 
-  Receive and stage inbound warranty adjustments for inspection and processing 
-  Verify Bill of Lading (BOL) counts and update logs accurately 
-  Assist in other quality assurance and warehouse activities as directed 
Qualifications:
-  Experience operating a forklift (certification preferred) 
-  Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items 
-  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping 
-  Commitment to safety protocols and procedures 
-  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
One to two (1 - 2) years experience in a warehouse environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent. Automotive and/or Tire Technician Training is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), as well as a database application used for reporting. Must be forklift certified and able to operate material handling equipment, i.e., forklift, sit down and stand up. Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis. Be able to read, write and speak English, with basic mathematical skills. Must have the ability to reason logically, use common sense, and resolve issues independently. The physical demands of this position require walking, standing, sitting, hearing, seeing, moving, driving, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis. May require walking primarily on a level surface, reaching above shoulder heights and below the waist.

Responsibilities Functions as a Warehouse Worker Foreman, responsible for work on a rotational basis, that includes the warehouse, commissary and clothing issue/laundry operations at a Federal Bureau of Prisons’ facility. Supervises inmate workers who are responsible for receiving, storing, shipment, and issue of a wide variety of supplies, materials, equipment and commodities required in the operation of the facility, as well as the issuance of inmate clothing and laundering of items for inmates and institutional operations such as Health Services or Food Service. Responsible for the inventory control of materials for the institution which consists of receipt, cataloging, stocking, and issuing of all incoming materials from outside sources. Maintains adequate shipping and receiving documents and inventory documentation, using both manual procedures and automated data processing systems, so as to maintain a system of perpetual inventory accountability for all items that pass through or remain under incumbent’s control. Responsible for the maintenance of inventory documentation, using both manual and automated systems to maintain a system of perpetual inventory accountability. Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff's correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis. Successful completion of the "Introduction to Correctional Techniques," three-week training course at Glynco, Georgia is required.
