This position will be responsible for performing various duties within the warehouse, including picking, staging, loading, repackaging, putting away, or transporting all orders according to company standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standards.
- Prepare items and assemble packages for shipping.
- Load items as needed to move throughout a distribution center.
- Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
- Determine and build packaging based on product size.
- Use basic mathematics to determine the appropriate number of picks.
- Move and lift up to 50 pounds of product as needed.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Follow safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand pick slips, and work with minimal guidance.
- Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management software.
- Follow safe work practices and procedures.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and strength.
- Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds throughout the shift.
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, i.e., warehouse.

- Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately
- Operates forklift to pick, replenish, shuffle and load orders
- Adheres to all safety protocols as part of daily operations
- Ability to meet quotas as scheduled

- Ability to communicate with floor supervisors and co-workers
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
