The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and movement of paper material and inventory within the warehouse. This role ensures that materials are received, stored, and distributed in a safe and timely manner to support operational goals.
Must have experience operating a power jack and tow motor, we provide the certification!
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders with an ability to learn our inventory management system.
- Accurately prepare and stage paper needed for print based on needs and schedule.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, paper roll clamp and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, storage, and documentation.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Load and unload trucks based on schedule.
- Load, chart and process recycled goods.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Perform other duties assigned to support the needs of the business. May consist of assisting a peer department or function temporarily or long term.
· Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Activity: Standing up to 8 hours per day with the ability to walk, touch and climb at any point throughout the day. Some equipment requires the ability to walk narrow ramps and reach to adjust function. Ability to push, pull, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 30 lbs. regularly.
- Prior Forklift certification is a plus
