Job Summary: As a production packer you may be responsible for stacking boxes 3-4 feet high, that weigh up to 20 pounds. You will also be responsible for shrink wrapping and/or packaging up to 25 pounds. --- As a picker packer, you will be responsible for lifting 20-pound boxes and stacking them waste level high. You can be asked to wrap plastic around pallets and also inserting the material inside packages. --- As a warehouse worker, you will be asked to undergo warehouse work, that can consist of packaging, plastic wrapping and palletizing up to 20 pounds. --- As a beef packager, you will be asked to pack, palletize, and shrink wrap boxes with beef that will be weighed up to 20 pounds.

- The ability to work in a cold environment (40-50 degrees)
- The ability to stand for 10 or more hours per shift
- The ability to uphold safe food processing standards

What You'll Do
- You will review customer orders, locate, prepare, and pack merchandise.
- Ensure each order is accurate and ready for shipment.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy using radio frequency (RF) scanners.
- Sort packages by destination to create bulk orders.
- Assist with unloading trucks and organizing boxes.
- Collaborate with other departments when needed.
What You Need to Qualify
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)

**Qualifications:**
- No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
- Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
- Flexible to work overtime preferred
- Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

The Material Coordinator I is responsible for the accurate and efficient movement, tracking, and reporting of raw materials throughout the production process. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Material Management & Distribution:
- Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of materials to production pods, maintaining adequate stock levels to prevent disruptions in production.
- Manage inventory across various software platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all data entries.
- Validate and reconcile inbound material transfers from the warehouse and other departments, confirming correct quantities, color, size, and other specifications.
- Inventory Control & Accuracy:
- Conduct routine cycle counts and maintain accurate documentation of all inventory movements.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in material tracking, collaborating with relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations related to the storage and movement of raw materials.
- Production Support & Waste Tracking:
- Track and document production waste, analyzing the data to identify patterns, trends, or anomalies, and investigate potential causes to minimize future waste.
- Communicate findings and improvement suggestions to management and the production team to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to material usage, waste, and inventory accuracy, providing regular data reports to management.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and state regulations for material storage, tracking, and movement.
- Keep detailed records for audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in material handling and data entry.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory tracking systems, ERP/WMS platforms, and basic computer skills.

Summary
Supports Coating, Finishing, and/or Shipping/Receiving Departments by operating sit-down and stand-up forklift trucks and pallet jacks to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products or materials by performing the following duties.
Pay : Starts at $21.42/hr + shift differential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow all Forklift Safety Practices while operating lift
- Reading work orders to determine appropriate material required for delivery to machines
- Operate forklift to deliver material and returns and log unused material to storage
- Store and log completed material on racks in hanging stock area after it is manufactured by finishing or coating department
- Scan all rolls for movement from location to location
- Perform inventory transactions on computer system

- Verify that material is not damaged prior to transporting to and from storage areas
