**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
+ Unload material, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks; inspecting material for minimum quality requirements.
+ Stock and transfer material, tools, and equipment to appropriate shelf, bin, rack, or pipe bundle by a predetermined sequence, including bind location, size,type, style, and length.
+ Mark material with correct identifying information.
+ Transfer material to and from the shops for modification purposes.
+ Assemble customer orders from stock and package orders in boxes and pallets as per customer requirements.
+ Pull orders for delivery and stock-to-stock transfer; load onto correct truck or transfer to packing area using a forklift, overhead crane, and heavy equipment.
+ Prepare documentation for UPS, LTL, SH, or Air Shipments.
+ Adhere to required safety policies, guidelines and training.
+ Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and customer safety policies.
+ Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
+ Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others; report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately.

**Primary Purpose of this Position:**
The Forklift Operator will operate an industrial forklift truck to accomplish various material handling assignments. Responsible for truck load and unloading of merchandise of raw material and other equipment. In charge of supplying the production lines and injectors with the necessary materials.
**What will you be responsible for?**
+ Complete a visual inspection of the forklift using an inspection sheet form at the beginning of each workday. Must notify of any malfunction or breakage finding.
+ Responsible for loading and unloading wagons of finished goods, aluminum coils, customers, and suppliers. Must process receiving and dispatched documentation through the organization system.
+ Obtain production schedule and/or shipping orders and then identifies, verifies, and transports requested raw materials, equipment, or processing materials accordingly.
+ Manage and pile drums, skids, pallets, aluminum coils, recycle material and other supplies in specified areas as requested.
+ Responsible for compacting the discarded carton material.
+ Responsible for taking physical inventory of raw material.
+ Ensure finished good circulation between the production line and the warehouse.
+ Responsible of daily production log and loading truck log.
+ Identify hold product and secures it in the designated areas.
+ Store the product accordingly to its code and the expiration date following FIFO procedures.
+ Ensure proper loading and unloading of the trucks with secured chocks and jacks.
+ Apply understanding of machine loading capacity and loading schedule, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of required items.
+ Ensure the organization and cleaning of the work area at the end of every shift.
+ Notify of any accident that has caused the loss of product, equipment, and facilities. React over any discrepancy of the products received.
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
+ Follow and ensure compliance of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the current Food Safety System.
+ Use personal protective equipment at all times.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Comply with the policies, procedures and processes established by Florida Can Manufacturing LLC.
**What are we looking for?**
+ High school diploma or GED certificate.
+ At least six months of related experience required.
+ Available to work weekends, overtime, holidays, and rotating shifts.
+ Analysis and self-learning capacity.
+ Must possess a valid Drivers and Forklift License.
**While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:**
+ Sit, stand, and/or walk for periods of five hours or more, move and examine objects at high and low reach, and read for periods of three hours or more.

Pay Rate

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities
• Support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

• Pick, pull, receive, and ship orders of cabinets.

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Load and unload cabinets from trucks, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.

• Perform data entry in ERP system and quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials.

Position Summary:
The Material Handler supports daily operations by accurately receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. This role requires operating a variety of material handling equipment to ensure timely delivery and organization of materials across production areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull, verify, and stage materials as listed on production or sales orders.
• Deliver and stock production areas to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Accurately verify parts, quantities, and complete bills of lading for shipments and receipts.
• Operate material handling equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or combination forklifts, tuggers, and other related machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards and company 6S procedures.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures for equipment and materials.
• Support team operations and assist with shipping, receiving, and line supply as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience with material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.)
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments managing inventory or material flow

JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material types, material handling, and identification of material. This position requires the ability to safely operate a forklift, and overhead crane. The ideal candidate must be able to consistently work with inventory maintaining accuracy in moving and transferring between locations. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Verifying material against incoming packing lists.
• Offloading verified material.
• Bin locating received material.
• Pulling material and staging at machines per pick list.
• Returning drop material to proper bin location.
• Packaging and loading customer orders for delivery.
• Perform quality inspections and follow ISO guidelines for product traceability.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with material handling, and identification of material.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be highly experienced in measuring parts using a tape measure, calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring instruments.
• Must be highly organized and have exceptional time management skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual and reliable.
• Working environment is in an industrial setting that is non-climate controlled.
• Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which include walking, climbing, standing, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, heavy lifting up to 50 lbs., or similar actives for extended periods of time.

**What You'll Do for Us**
+ Move product to and from trucks, racks, and other locations as assigned. Perform required cleaning and sanitation duties to meet GMP standards. Perform all tasks in a safe manner to ensure achievement of quality, service, and cost objectives, while complying with all standard operating procedures and requirements.
+ Uses portable computer terminal and laser scanning device, accurately record product movements by item number, lot code, location, and/or truck number.
+ Accurately completes manual recording (written record) of product movement as an alternative to PC based records during system outages and for 'off-line' transactions.
+ Accurately completes pre-operation forklift inspection.
+ Demonstrates support of The Coca-Cola Company's safety initiatives and policies.
+ Performs required cleaning and sanitation duties to meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
+ Performs all tasks in a safe manner to ensure achievement of quality, service, and cost objectives
+ Complies with all standard operating procedures and requirements under The Coca-Cola Company's Quality System
**Qualification & Requirements**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
+ Must possess a valid forklift operator license or be certified before driving a lift truck
+ The ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language is needed
+ Must have the ability to work 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, or other work schedules as determined by business need, including overtime as required
+ Ideal candidate must be able to move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. 10 feet or more
+ Must be certified on the training plan for this position within 60 working days of start date

Pay Range:$52,416 - $64,064
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
