Job Description
The General Warehouse Person will verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment. Duties include assembling, addressing, stamping, and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise using Enterprise Resource Planning software and RF Scanner; and arranging for the transportation of finished products.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
*Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
*Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials.
*Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
*Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
*Verify contents of inventory loads against shipping papers and inspects and checks temperatures on all perishable items received.
*Verify contents of items received against shipping papers, quality inspection of such items to include temperature checks and recording of such information in accordance with Ateeco, Inc. Quality Assurance procedures.
*Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping, delivery of materials and to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
*Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
*Load and unload trucks, and stage packaging, raw ingredients, and other supplies for use.
*Maintain required inventory levels of packaging, raw ingredients, and other supplies as needed based on the production schedule.
*Complete a powered industrial truck inspection at the start of each shift or as needed for equipment changes during the shift.
*Periodically lift a maximum of 50 lbs. while performing other essential job functions.
*Ensures proper safety, good manufacturing practices, product quality and sanitation processes are followed according to Ateeco, Inc. policy.
*Ensure proper procedures are followed and the ability to coordinate "hold" and "rework" products as needed throughout the shift.
*Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
*Operates powered industrial trucks to facilitate the completion of other essential job functions. Use of High Reach Forklift shall be in confined work areas with other Forklift and pedestrian traffic.
*Use computerized data collection devices to accurately record usage of packaging, raw ingredients, and other supplies.
*Loading and unloading trucks and trailers with various powered industrial trucks.
*Responsible for the proper storage of finished products and all frozen and refrigerated raw ingredients.
*Inspects and checks temperature on all perishable items received and records information
*Receives bulk flour deliveries and inspects truck and tanker, ensures proper hook-up to silo system and issues seals and verifies tanker seals.
*Periodically clean within storage freezers as well as the dock area.
*Operates various Ateeco, Inc. owned vehicles as needed.
*Performs cycle counts as needed.
Hours:
2nd Shift / 2:00pm - 12:00am. Hours may vary while training
Requires occasionally working in very hot or very cold temperatures

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Job Purpose: The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for the hands on training of all new personnel and other warehouse employees. The Warehouse Trainer will be responsible for training on best practices and providing on the job training to employees. Also this person will have the opportunity to participate in scout assignments across the network as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide on the job training to equipment operators and other warehouse employees.
- Conducts training sessions for new hires and provides on-going hands on training to warehouse pickers and employees.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Well versed in all warehouse functions
- Ability to plan and schedule tasks and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Maintains all training records for required regulatory purposes and mandatory internally required instruction.
- Perform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations. Report unsafe conditions or accidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Understands various teaching methods and can provide constructive feedback, while maintaining a positive rapport with employees.
- Conduct all monthly safety refresher training.
- Conduct all post-accident safety refresher training.
- Must be willing to work off shifts as needed for training demands.
- Will also operate as forklift operator as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
