- Responsible for supervisng a unionized workforce's daily operation of Technical Operations Supply Chain operation of aircraft parts and tooling, to include, shipping, receiving, inventorying and movement of company materials. This also includes the supervision of all Stores personnel assigned to the operation.

**Senior Project Manager**
As a Senior Project Manager in the KDP Transportation & Warehouse team, you will lead strategic projects with a focus on improving our warehousing and distribution network. You will have overall responsibility for the success of every project you lead. At KDP we work as a team, and you will develop and work with a cross-functional team to drive the desired results.
**What you will do:**
+ Drive complex strategic projects to ensure the successful launch of improvements across the Supply Chain with a specific focus on logistics, including transportation, warehousing & DSD operations.
+ Develop Business Cases and present them for project approval.
+ Delivered desired results within budget.
+ Track and report on the financial benefit of your projects.
+ Take full Responsibility and Accountability for the Project.
+ Create comprehensive work breakdown structures to lead the project team to success.
+ Communicate the Project Status Upward and to the Customer (internal or external).
+ Hold regularly scheduled cross functional Project Meetings.
+ Listen to your Customer and your Team for what they need to be successful.
+ Ensure adherence to quality and environmental health and safety standards.
+ Collect Lessons Learned from projects and apply them to new projects.
+ Proactively ensure synchronization of work and manage dependencies across teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
+ Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, identify roadblocks, and recommend resolutions.
+ Determine objectives and best approach for projects, including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination of activities.
+ Influence the overall objectives and long-range goals of KDP's Supply Chain team.
+ Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
**Travel Requirements:**
+ Travel up to 30% of the time

**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, MBA preferred
+ PMP certification from PMI highly preferred
+ 3+ years of relevant project management experience.
+ Prior supply chain experience
+ Experience in warehousing and / or Transportation preferred
+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Experience working with Senior Leaders on strategic level programs required
+ Experience working across multiple geographic and/or functional area teams
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
+ Experience with Planview preferred
+ Ability to multi-task in a fluid environment
+ Desire to learn new things

Job Details
- Leads a team of warehouse associates to complete daily department tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Loads and unloads product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
- Stages deliveries.
- Stores all product in designated location.
- Ensures inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
- Inspects products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
- Assists in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service.
- Participates in all inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
- Operates and maintains order pickers and warehouse equipment.
- Assists the leadership team with their everyday tasks and duties.
- Maintains grounds by picking up papers and trash; cleaning parking lot and entrance to building.
- Maintains stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean.
- Ensures cleanliness of offices, bathrooms, warehouse floor, truck docks and aisles through mopping, sweeping, and washing.
- Removes trash daily by emptying trash containers; transports materials to disposal area; recycles materials.
- Cleans and sanitizes product per Company standard operating procedure.
- Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
Pay Range:
$19.00 Hourly

Job Description
DAP is looking to hire Distribution Center Manager for our Garland, TX location.
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all warehouse day-to-day operations, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, shipping and delivery to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement warehouse and distribution strategies, processes, and procedures to support DAP’s business goals and objectives. This is performed through a balanced approach of safety, quality, cost, service and people.
Responsibilities
Safety
- Ensure Associates are performing their duties in a safe manner and in a safe environment. Lead safety related activities (Safety Team, Department meetings, Audits/Tours) and ensure prompt follow-up on safety related issues to minimize lost time accidents and ensure compliance with all DAP and OSHA requirements.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained and that all facility and power equipment is utilized safely and, in the manner, consistent with its intended use.
People
- Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
- Provide performance feedback to department staff, as well as other associates through periodic performance review, staff meetings, training coordination and other activities deemed appropriate.
- Maintain an open-door policy to address all work-related associate concerns and discuss issues involving personalities, work scheduling, communication between supervisors and performance issues.
- Work with HR on issues relating to associates.
Quality & Productivity
- Ensure product quality and integrity through established adhesion to policies and procedure, implementing new ideas/techniques when appropriate.
- Work with management team and associates to develop policies and procedures to address daily operational challenges that impact shipments to customers and operating efficiencies.
- Determine most appropriate proactive operating rules, communicate changes, execute changes, follow-up and monitor compliance. Oversees carrier scheduling, communication and dispatch.
- Work with Corporate IT and software supplier to address issues relating to labels, warehouse management system and RF equipment.
Service
- Continuously strive to improve our service level to our internal and external customers through the introduction of process enhancements and best practices.
- Complete daily review of our performance in shipping, receiving and replenishment to ensure that customer orders are leaving on a timely basis and required unit and line-item fill rates are being attained.
- Plan for adequate manpower against current and future shipping days and implement new process if needed, while continuing to review and revise old processes with management team and associates.
- Utilize WMS to manage warehouse operations and analyze performance data.
- Responds to inquiries regarding shipment status. Serves as a liaison between Customer Service, Warehouse and Production departments to ensure product availability and priorities.
Cost
- Prepare, manage and maintain distribution center budget through reduction of non-value-added activities and increasing efficiencies of current processes.
- Manage department budget daily, determining spending priorities with VP of Operations and insuring goals and objectives are being met.
- Evaluate current spending to determine areas to reduce costs, streamline expenses to maximize value to operation and still maintain customer service. Utilize the MS 168 process to provide process improvements and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the relevant field
- Working knowledge of RF warehouse management system
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel software applications
- Strong leadership and management skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Inventory Control and warehouse management systems experience
