The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for driving and executing supply chain operational plans and strategies through relationship building, data collection, and report creation and analysis in a fast paced operational setting. + Maintain, improve, and provide recommendations on the assigned Supply Chain function using BI software, SF dashboards, & SAP ECC reporting.
+ Develop new processes and procedures to deliver value-added supply chain analytical services to support management decision making process.
+ Monitor output and drive continuous improvement with each defined metric. Recommend new ways to track CS Service Level Agreements & performance of orders/cases.
+ Review existing Domo cards and root analyze data anomalies, gather requirements for new historical reporting needs & improve current data requirement structures.
+ May be responsible for additional responsibilities as defined by area such as sales operations planning and freight.
+ Perform other duties as needed.
**Required Experience and Education:**
+ Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
+ 2-4 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
**Competencies:**
+ Extensive understanding of warehousing, inventory management, and the movement of goods.
+ The ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
+ Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
+ Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
+ High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
+ Proficient using Microsoft Excel, WMS, SAP-ECC

+ Requires Travel to Distribution Centers for Audits 10%
+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs
