Qualifications:
- Must understand and comply with 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep work areas organized, clean, and safe, and participate in regular cleaning, organizing, and inspections to ensure warehouse efficiency and compliance with safety protocols.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly setting is required.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
Skills:

As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling automotive components in a cleanroom environment. Also, you will need to understand what 5S means, as you will be asked to maintain 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep work areas organized, clean, and safe, and participate in regular cleaning, organizing, and inspections to ensure warehouse efficiency and compliance with safety protocols.
