Develop and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, and processes across multiple modules such as, CSM, SPM, ITSM, ITOM and HRSD using JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server. Create custom Service Portal pages / widgets to support our business needs. Participate in User Access Testing (UAT) and collaborate with ITIL Process owners and clients to refine solutions. Participate in code walkthroughs, reviews, and reworks to ensure high-quality deliverables. Identify, document, and track software defects. Serve as tiered point of escalation for bug-fix support and enhancement development for customizations. Coordinate with our ServiceNow Managed Services Partner to resolve product defects. Perform thorough regression testing for resolved issues. Manage, update, set creation and migrate updates from test environments to production. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business or related major or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with hands-on ServiceNow development. ServiceNow Certified Developer and ITSM certifications are required. ServiceNow expertise and the ability to lead the development / configuration across multiple environments. Experience and strong skills in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular.js). Experience configuring ServiceNow with Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Workflow editor, ACLs, and Script Includes, as well as UI Scripts to fulfill requirements and experience with JavaScript / GLIDE, HTML5. Familiarity with LDAP, MS Active Directory, and ADFS integration (interface) with enterprise software. Experience in a high-growth environment collaborating with innovative cross-functional teams and problem-solvers. Ability to work independently as well as engaging and contributing to teamwork. Onsite in any Armanino office 2-3 times per week is required. As the Senior Director, General Manager for the Genomics Workflow & Automation (GWA) segment within the Sample Prep business unit, you will oversee DNA and RNA extraction solutions. Your responsibilities include developing global portfolio strategies, defining the innovation roadmap, driving market leadership, and managing product life cycles to enhance growth and profitability. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of customer applications and proficiency in both daily operations and long-term planning.
**What will you do:**
+ Lead a product management team focused on growing a product and OEM portfolio inclusive of instruments and consumables enabling manual and automated workflows for research and clinical applications.
+ Refine and drive business segment strategy to achieve our near- and long-term financial objectives including revenue and margin.

**The Role**
Lumen AGT Organization, led by the Chief Revenue Officer, is building a new team (AUTOMATION LAB) to leverage emerging technologies within the Artificial Intelligence field to reengineer existing business processes and reimagine how we go to market with these technologies. The AUTOMATION LAB will sit within the AGT Commercial Excellence Function, and will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solution Architecture and other AGT functions across all Lumen's GTM segments - Large Enterprise, Mid-Market, Global Partner Sales, Wholesale, and Public Sector. The Lead business process analyst will report to the SR DIR AUTOMATION LAB. The AUTOMATION LAB team will identify, design, develop, and implement AI solutions to transform and drive continuous improvements across business processes and ways of working within the AGT organization. Specifically, the Lead Business Process Analyst will collaborate with AI technical specialists to redesign workflows and integrate AI into business processes where it adds value.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Help develop the framework for identifying which processes and workflows should / can be automated in part or whole using AI technologies. Develop the commercial and technical framework to be used to identify and prioritize processes to be automated to improve outcomes - speed, level of effort, cost.
+ Help reengineer and optimize processes and workflows by partnering with AI technology specialists to integrate AI technologies into processes and workflows.
+ Collaborate closely with IT, Data Science, Operations, and AI technology specialists to gather requirements and integrate AI solutions into the existing technology stack.
+ Act as a change agent in AGT for AI-driven workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop communications plans and training programs to help employees adapt to the new tools and processes.
+ Help to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of these process automation projects on business outcomes.
+ Regularly report progress of process automation projects to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Communicate successes, lessons learned, and opportunities in a clear, non-technical manner.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience and expertise. Master's or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in roles involving technology-driven process improvement, with at least 1-3 years in AI/ML projects or digital transformation initiatives
