General Manager - Yearly European Trip & No Sundays - $ 70 – $25k per year
- Yearly Trip to Europe for 2 people (extra week of PTO)
- No Sundays, Early Mornings, or Late Nights

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Summary: A Business Planning & Analysis Analyst is responsible for providing strategic financial insights and supporting business decision-making through detailed data analysis, performance metric tracking, financial analysis, and reporting. This role involves collaborating with various departments, key line of business managers, and directly with the BP&A Manager in ensuring key business strategies are met. The Business Planning & Analysis Analyst will ensure business strategies are met through creation, adoption, and tracking of key performance indicators through efficient data analysis and financial analysis. This role will help identify opportunities for key performance indicators along with opportunities for process improvement, data efficiencies, and standardized reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of bankwide and business line specific KPIs that drive the financial results of each respective unit
- Assist in the development of comprehensive and actionable reporting for the various business line partners
- Assist with preparation and delivery of timely, accurate and relevant management information and analysis supporting the critical business initiatives of the bank
- Collect, manage, and analyze financial/non-financial data to provide actionable insights into data driven strategies and decision making
- Analyze business results and processes to identify key trends, inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Provide support for bank strategy through industry and bank trend research
- Prepare and present key performance indicators as required
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon data processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Assumes additional responsibilities as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills, with specific expertise in management reporting and executive writing skills
- Attentive to detail and accuracy with ability to ensure tasks are completed at the highest level of achievement
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects with limited oversight
- Analytic ability to solve problems
- Ability to develop strong, positive relationships with key business stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams throughout the bank
- Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet key deadlines
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Proficiency with statistical software and/or programming language such as SQL, SPSS, VBA, Python, etc.
- Experience with Jira Service Management and/or Similar ESM Providers a plus
- Experience with Wolters Kluwer's CCH Tagetik, Oracle Hyperion or another ERP/CPM applications a plus
- Experience with Funds Transfer Pricing modules such as Fiserv's FTP or Moody's ALM a plus
Minimum Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or Data Analytics
- Certifications highly recognized include but are not limited to Azure Data Fundamentals, SQL Certified Associate, & Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- 1 - 2 years' related experience in banking, analytics, or finance related field required
