**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
**Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Writing clean, well-documented code based on established standards, primarily focusing on implementing features and functionalities as assigned
+ Debugging and performing root-causes analysis of production issues
+ Responding to escalated questions from our Service Continuity team
+ Work closely with senior developers to understand project requirements, design solutions, and receive feedback on code
+ Write unit tests and check the quality of developed code to identify and fix bugs
+ Proactively acquire knowledge of our technology stack, development methodologies, and best practices
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university or related engineering field
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions
+ Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
+ Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design pattern
+ Familiarity with database concepts, SQL queries, and JSON
+ Experience with GitLab or similar version control systems
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Collaborative team player

**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
