This leading health care performance improvement company supports over half of the nation's acute care providers and nearly all academic medical centers, offering expertise, analytics, and advisory services to help organizations enhance cost, quality, and overall performance across the health care landscape.
They are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer focused on the Azure platform to handle cloud optimization, scale containers, enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and expand CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure, AKS/Kubernetes, Pulumi (preferred) or Terraform, Artifactory, Octopus or Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and experience with C# or PowerShell.
This is a 6-12 month contract-to-hire position paying approximately 75-85/hr, with a hybrid schedule: in-office Tuesday through Thursday and remote on Monday and Friday, based out of their Irving office.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
+ Strong Azure cloud experience
+ Coding background in Java, C#, or Python; able to read PowerShell (preferred), TypeScript, or Python
+ Experience with Octopus, Jenkins, Databricks (Azure preferred), SOA, and cloud services
+ Hands-on with IaC tools like Pulumi (preferred), Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
**Desired Skills & Experience**
+ Windows Server and/or Linux experience
+ Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
+ Deep PowerShell or scripting experience
+ Azure or cloud-related certifications
+ Familiarity with open-source technologies and system engineering

+ Design, manage, and automate multi-cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines
+ Set up Azure CI/CD, integrate tools like Octopus, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Pulumi

+ Monitor Azure deployments, support code releases, and troubleshoot issues

Finxact by Fiserv is seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer to join our agile Platform Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes (EKS), Route53, AWS PrivateLink, ArgoCD, Terraform, Helm charts, Python, Golang, GitLab CI/CD, and HashiCorp Vault. Experience in fintech and SaaS environments is highly desirable. This role demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and can consistently deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Architect, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
+ Implement automated deployments using Kubernetes (EKS), ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
+ Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to streamline and secure software delivery.
+ Script automation tools and solutions using Python and Golang to optimize operational efficiency.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Extensive experience in cloud architectures including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
+ Strong expertise in Kubernetes automation and management via Helm charts and ArgoCD.
+ Proficient in infrastructure as code using Terraform.
+ Advanced knowledge of Python and Golang for automation tasks.
+ Proven experience managing secure CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
+ Familiarity and hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines in an agile environment.
**Preferred Experience:**
+ AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
+ Experience in fintech and SaaS industries, dealing with compliance and security requirements.
