Join our team in a 9-bed Intensive Care Unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. Our unit operates on a 2:1 ratio with two Hospitalists, a Pulmonologist and Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, critical thinking, and compassionate care are paramount.

Our post-surgical department is a 10-bed unit with a 5:1 that will care for post-surgical patients that are admitted for post-surgical needs that may occur within the first two days after surgery. Patients could range from a variety of surgeries that we offer, ENT, Womenâ s, Urology, General, etc. This department utilizes a self-scheduling application.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a valid RN license in NC or a compact state. Additional requirements include:
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire and maintained thereafter.
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of hire and maintained thereafter.
AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 year or hire and maintained thereafter.
No experience required.

Department/Unit Summary
Join our team in a 12-bed Progressive Care Unit/Telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. We are staffed with RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and unit secretaries, providing specialized care for patients primarily diagnosed with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure optimal outcomes for our diverse patient population.
