Key Responsibilities:

• Medication & Therapy Management: Skilled in administration of anticoagulants, anti-hypertensives, insulin drips, and magnesium sulfate therapy .
• Labour & Delivery Care: Competent in labour management, assisting with high-risk deliveries, circulating for C-sections, and recovery of post-C-section patients .
• Work Settings: Experience in facilities with 200–300 births/month , including high-risk antepartum units and LDRP settings .
• Clinical Skills: Proficient in IV therapy, phlebotomy, central line care (CVC/PICC), sterile vaginal exams, triage of obstetrical patients, and antepartum procedures .
• Fetal Monitoring Expertise: Skilled in external fetal heart monitoring (EFM) and use/calibration of intrauterine pressure catheters (IUPC) .
• Professional Competencies: Knowledgeable in isolation precautions, PPE use, and evidence-based maternal-newborn care .

Requirements: Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Washington/Compact. Experience: Academic/multi facility; 2 years required, will screen for 1 year of experience only if traveler has at least 150 deliveries a month. If so, please ensure this is provided in their profile ACLS (Prefered) AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP Must have EPIC. Experience working in a long-term care setting. Last four of SSN.
