This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while also maintaining accurate and organized data. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or phone, and entering or updating customer and order information in our systems.
Core Responsibilities:Customer Service:
- Respond to customer questions via email, live chat, and/or phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions or escalate when needed.
- Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all customer interactions.
- Log and track support cases in the system.
Data Entry:
- Accurately input and update customer information, transactions, and other data into internal systems.

Occupational Therapist
POSITION SUMMARY: Plans, organizes, and implements Occupational Therapy services for PACE participants as a member of the PACE interdisciplinary team. ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct initial and periodic in-person assessments to evaluate participants’ functional abilities, home environment, and rehabilitation needs.
- Recommend and coordinate adaptive equipment, home modifications, and therapy services to promote safety and independence.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on participant progress and IDT collaboration.
- Deliver OT interventions across settings including the PACE center, clinic, participants’ homes, and contracted facilities.
- Educate participants and caregivers on equipment use, home safety strategies, and ADL programs.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation of assessments, treatment, and participant progress per regulatory and organizational standards.
- Actively participate in daily IDT meetings, contributing to comprehensive care planning and 24-hour care coordination.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), including review of care plans, co-signing documentation, and providing ongoing mentorship.
- Train staff in safe OT practices and equipment use to enhance participant care.
- Support quality improvement, utilization review, and compliance initiatives.
- Perform other IDT duties as needed within scope of practice and competencies.
- Maintain current licensure, certifications, and participation in ongoing professional development.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Advanced degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
- Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state
- Two (2) years of experience working on an interdisciplinary team in a hospital, nursing home or community-based setting is preferable.
- 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred. If this is not present, training on working with a frail or elderly population will be provided upon hiring (If applicable for the role).
- Competency position specific competencies for the Occupational Therapist will be met prior to assuming participant care.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $3 .00 and 43.00/hr.
As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation.

Schedule:
Monday thru Friday with a 10am start time and Sunday thru Thursday with a 1:00pm start time
Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (i.e., tractors, trailers, bobtails, reefers, lift gates, etc.).
- Perform preventative maintenance within company standards.
- A valid Class-A CDL license DOT certified preferred
- Must have 5 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a heavy duty commercial diesel mechanic or reefer mechanic or a combination of both; or (5) years verifiable hands-on experience with either Diesel Mechanic Certification or TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certification or both
- Complete documentation of all repair orders, PM list and parts accountability.
- Handle road service calls; perform road rescue/transport equipment as needed.
- Keep track of assigned repairs by logging in and out of the Shop Fax system.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations and government guidelines.
- Maintain inventory and proper recordkeeping.
- Backup to other maintenance shop personnel.
- Willingness and capacity to assume increased responsibility and Certifications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
