Responsibilities:

  • Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment with in planned time tolerances to maximize the safety, reliability, and cost efficiency throughout the life cycle of the fleet
  • Perform FAI/CVI (annual) inspections on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, light-duty vehicles, and any other company-owned equipment in accordance with all federal, state and local legal and regulatory agencies.   • Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections per company methods on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, refrigeration units (reefer), lift-gates, light-duty vehicles, and any other company-owned equipment
  • Perform quality maintenance repairs as required to maximize safety and reliability on all fleet vehicles including tractors, trailers, converter dollies, lift-gates, light-duty vehicles, and any company-owned equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnosis and repair to refrigeration units (reefer)
  • Address all Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write ups timely, and efficiently
  • Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairs to manufacturer specifications including but not limited to engines, transmissions and clutches, drive-line, differential, steering and suspension, fuel and ignition system, exhaust systems (including regeneration systems), intake systems, electrical systems, brake systems, HVAC systems and lift-gate hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Follow procedures including documenting all work performed on work orders
  • Mentor, teach and share expertise with Fleet Technician I and II to aid in their development to positions of greater responsibility
  • May perform moderate supervisory roles when Fleet Manager or Fleet Supervisors are not accessible
  • Proficient in electrical meter testing
  • Knowledge of controls and electrical systems (DC, low-voltage)
  • Electric motor knowledge (DC)

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. They have responsibility to continuously improve our plant's project engineering processes.

The Quality Manager will oversee the Quality team, drive continuous improvement, and provide essential technical support to Operations. A key function of this role is to maintain and improve quality management systems and ensure the timely delivery of accurate lab data for process monitoring and product release.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and Supervise: Manage and guide the daily activities of the Quality team, ensuring the proper execution of quality checks, testing, and documentation.
+ Quality Systems Management: Implement, maintain, and improve quality management systems such as FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and SQF. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental policies.
+ Quality Control & Assurance: Oversee incoming raw material inspections, in-process checks, and final product release procedures. Ensure the lab provides timely and reliable data for process control and finished product compliance.
+ Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for lab instrumentation, procedures, and team development. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report trends to leadership.
+ Audits and Compliance: Participate in internal and external audits, including certification audits and customer visits. Ensure all laboratory and production records are accurate and retained according to regulatory and company standards.
+ Troubleshooting & Analysis: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). This includes addressing customer complaints and managing environmental swab analysis to monitor and control microbial risks. Provide technical consultation to the Operations team for product analysis and contamination issues.
+ Training & Development: Develop and deliver training for the Quality team on quality systems, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Manage staff performance and professional development.
+ Collaboration: Work with other facility departments and locations to troubleshoot, standardize, and improve laboratory and quality objectives.
**Job Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the food, flavor, or related manufacturing industry.
+ Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and food/feed safety regulations.
+ Experience leading or supervising a quality team is required.
+ Proven ability to troubleshoot standard lab equipment (e.g., HPLC, GCs, Titrators).
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and managing detailed data such as environmental swabs.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with quality management software is a plus.
+ A desire to drive continuous improvement in processes and programs.

This is a full-time, salaried position.
**Position Summary:**
+ The Maintenance Planner/Parts warehouse specialist will be responsible for planning work from the back log within the CMMS (Maximo). Developing the planning required to ensure efficient execution of Maintenance and Reliability practices/programs/processes, proactive maintenance and repairs. Daily warehouse activities, receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, and securing the warehouse.
**Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):**
+ Drive and support the implementation of the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program
+ Establish metrics based on CMMS data
+ Utilize CMMS data to drive continuous improvement within the maintenance department
+ Actively participate in RCFA work, both in the root cause identification as well as subsequent prevention of reoccurrence
+ Coordinate cross departmental communication in support of RCM implementation
+ Review the scope of work and perform field walk downs for approved work orders to ensure safe procedures and determine the needed time, materials, crafts, tools required and SOP creation, and enhancement.
+ Continue to enhance the CMMS (Maximo) platform by continuing to expand the asset list, and adding detail to all entries within Maximo
+ Edit work orders to ensure accuracy, standardization, proper support documentation, timeframe, assigning contract resources, and updating as needed
+ Request purchase orders for all required materials and verify they are accurate and in stock before scheduling the work
+ Review backlog and planning list for duplicate work orders.
+ Hold backlog review/clean-up meetings
+ Lead weekly scheduling meetings
+ Group work orders that can be planned and worked together to optimize utilization of resources
+ Incorporate technician and operations feedback into continuous improvement process in order to streamline maintenance plans
+ Manage KPIs related to planning and job execution
+ Provide feedback, mentorship, training and support to the facility through the use of Performance Excellence concepts and tools
+ Support & Own Environmental Health & Safety and Quality and the Food Safety Systems from a work planning perspective
+ Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
+ Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.
+ Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
+ Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
+ Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
+ Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
+ Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
+ Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Must be 18 years or older
+ Two-year technical degree in a STEM (science, technology, engineering or math) area, i.e., Engineering Technology is preferred. Equivalent experience in a maintenance field will also be considered.
+ Extensive knowledge and experience with a CMM system. Experience with Maximo highly preferred.
+ Detailed understanding of a Manufacturing Plant Operation and Maintenance.
+ Maintenance planning experience is preferred.
+ Strong Commitment to Safety
+ High standard for Quality, especially as it pertains to a food production environment
+ Understanding and familiarity with GMP practices.

**Job Summary:**
This position will utilize developed skills to implement the assigned activities of the predictive, preventive, or planned maintenance programs designed to support the power, motor control, process control systems, or pneumatic systems of the plant. The I&E technician is expected to troubleshoot, diagnose, propose, and implement equipment repair activities that may or not be included in the planned work. Technician will communicate job status using a maintenance management software system, through verbal communications, or through other written communications. The E&I tech will follow all plant safety and operating guidelines as well as all standards of electrical safety and maintenance practices.
**Essential Job Functions:**
+ Perform as a team member, or independently, to troubleshoot, diagnose, propose, and implement repair solutions for electrical power and control equipment, as well as process control components.
+ Comprehend and implement standard electrical work practices and guidelines including those outlined by organizations such as the National Fire Protection Agency (NEC) and the IEEE to ensure a quality and compliant installation.
+ Utilize the functions of the maintenance management system to facilitate job plans and record maintenance activities on plant assets.
+ Understands their role in food safety and quality systems, actively participates in food safety efforts and ensures all activities conform to good manufacturing practices.
+ Responsible for utilizing the Performance Excellence process.
**Job Qualifications:**
