**BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY**
+ Primarily performs maintenance at the I-Level engine shop to accomplish third through first degree engine repairs. Disassembles, inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and assembles aircraft engines, accessories, and related system components. All work is performed in accordance with applicable manufacturer maintenance manuals, company directives and other approved data. May be requested to perform Leadman duties when designated and authorized. May be required to handle hazardous materials in performance of assigned duties.
+ Must have experience in corrosion detection, treatment and prevention.
+ Must be customer oriented.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Provide guidance to Mechanics within the work center or special work group by sharing technical knowledge to enhance accomplishment of assigned tasks.
+ Evaluate condition of engine and dynamic components requiring inspections as a result of operation outside of established parameters.
+ Must be capable of becoming engine test cell run qualified if directed by management.
+ Must be familiar with test cell engine run up safety procedures.
+ Coordinate with supervision and Quality Assurance to resolve questions concerning serviceability and/or repair procedures.
+ Read, interpret, and apply instructions from Blueprints, schematics and other approved data.
+ Assist with ordering parts, tools, materials and equipment as required.
+ Maintain cleanliness of the work center and around your assigned work area.
+ Responsible for adhering to Company Tool Control Program.
+ Must comply with established General and Industrial Safety Rules and Regulations as applicable to the contract, facilities and job assignment.
+ Ensure Quality Assurance inspections are complied with.
+ Maintain appropriate records of all work accomplished.
+ Assist in the removal and replacement of aircraft engines utilizing appropriate support equipment.
+ Must be able to work day shift, night shift or weekend duty and travel as part of a maintenance recovery team or detachment as required.
+ Perform other tasks as directed by management.
+ Provides technical assistance, guidance and instruction as required.
+ Maintains and/or completes required records and applicable maintenance forms
+ Practice good housekeeping, tool control, FOD awareness/prevention and safety at all times.
+ Assists in aircraft/equipment movement and flight line foreign object prevention walks.
+ Operates SE, flight line vehicles and other support equipment as required.
+ Qualified to perform corrosion detection, treatment, prevention and documentation per customer/management instructions/directions on aircraft and associated equipment.
+ Annotates maintenance actions in aircraft forms and VIDS/MAF and NALCOMIS/OOMA.
+ Will have knowledge of and understand basic supply procedures.
+ Must comply with established General and Industrial Safety Rules and Regulations as applicable to the contract, facilities and job assignment.
+ Keeps shop area clean and participates in daily Facilities cleanup.
+ Must have a collateral duty assigned by management.
**QUALIFICATION STANDARDS**
+ Aircraft mechanics shall have three years experience. The last two years must have been as a practicing licensed FAA airframe and power plants mechanic; in the military; civil service (WG-7-10), or with a government aviation maintenance Contractor.
+ Must have successfully completed approved course or training as required by Company, State/Local Govt, DOD, regulation/Instruction.
+ Must have experience in corrosion detection, treatment and prevention.
+ Personnel shall be qualified according to their field of expertise and the level of maintenance assigned, i.e., "O" or "I" level.
+ Must possess or be able to obtain a secret clearance.
+ Must be a US citizen and completed high school or equivalent.
+ Will have experience writing with clarity and technical accuracy.
+ Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
**Physical Demands:**
This classification activity requires the scope of physical movements and postures normally associated with shop/hanger/flight line maintenance activities to include bending, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, stretching, kneeling and working in tiring, uncomfortable positions, etc. May be required to lift objects whose weight normally will not exceed 50 pounds. Special vision abilities required to perform this job are close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.
**Work Environment:**
The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, to an environment where inclement weather may subject individual to severe changes of temperature, wind, rain, etc. May be required to work in areas where high noise hazards prevail. **Amentum** is seeking a **Water Department Supervisor** to join our team in Hawthorne, Nevada to support the Hawthorne Army Depot. The **Water Department Supervisor** will report into the Facility-Maintenance Department and will manage the company's water infrastructure, waste distribution system, and equipment in an operating and functional condition. Duties include but not limited to water repairs and installations of water/waste systems. Will oversee and maintain company required and state mandated water certifications and licenses.

**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the treatment and operation of water collection, storage, treatment, and distribution systems to include wells, tanks, valves, pumps, controls and chemical injection systems.
+ Review Task Hazard Assessment (THA's) prior to assigned duties and follow Safety Data Sheet guidelines for handling, storage, and disposal of Hazardous Materials.
+ Responsible for work accomplished in accordance with compliance of state permit(s).
+ Ensure all samples are collected in accordance with State Permits.
+ Responsible for compiling all necessary reports to remain in compliance with drinking water and wastewater standards.
+ Work in cooperation with other trades and laborers to ensure that all specifications, procedures and policies are met, to ensure efficient completion of any project.
+ Provide adequate services, to ensure that all water and waste systems are installed, repaired and maintained to meet all standards of building codes safely.
+ Maintain record of time and materials used on jobs and ensure job orders are complete.
+ Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of water infrastructure and waste distribution system.
+ Work under general supervision and from oral instructions, preventive maintenance program plans, work orders, emergency calls, layout sketches, blueprints, drawings, specifications, or similar guidance.
+ Ensure work is performed based on dispatched service or daily/weekly work schedules.
+ Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, and meeting completion dates.
+ Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
+ Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must be 18 years or older and completed high school with diploma/equivalent.
+ 7 Years of water treatment/wastewater experience.
+ 2 Years in a supervisory role.
+ Must have Nevada state Treatment 4 certification, Distribution 2 certification, Wastewater 1. Note: Will accept certifications from other states if there is a reciprocity agreement with the other state.
+ Be able to obtain and Backflow Tester Certification within 6 months of starting.
+ Must be willing/able to be trained to operate forklift/fork truck or material handling lifting devices.
+ Able to wear various levels of personal protective equipment.
+ Must be willing to work overtime, varying hours and/or rotating shifts.
+ **Must possess a valid Driver's License.**
+ **Must be able to obtain a clearance through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and be favorably vetted through the NCIC III System.**
+ **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Four (4) year trade school or demonstrated equivalent
+ Extensive knowledge in area of specialization and previous supervisor experience within the water management field.

This position is designated as a safety sensitive position and is subject to the requirements of the HWAD Medical Surveillance Plan and Matrix and the HWAD A&D Program. **Compensation:**
The annual starting salary for this position is between $87K - $95K annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

You will be an F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Expeditor for the Lockheed Martin, Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) aircraft maintenance team onboard Naval Air Station Fallon, Nevada. Our team is responsible for supporting the F-35 Flight Operations at Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As an Aircraft Maintenance Expeditor you will impact everything from aircraft readiness to employee's wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Using Fifth Generation aircraft management tools "Autonomic Logistics Information System" (ALIS) to track aircraft history, maintenance, engine data and Time Compliance Technical Data (TCTDs) and time change items.

- Requires the application of experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed in searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from ALIS and other related functions.
- Physical Requirements: Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms. Candidate will frequently be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist. Considered candidates must be capable of working first (1st), second (2nd), or third (3rd) shift(s) dependent on customer needs.

**Description**
The Logs and Records Technician is responsible for the upkeep, accurate data entry in all files and logbooks associated with the Logs and Records Department, data input into designated customer databases to update aircraft/engine information, providing reports/information to maintenance/logistics/customer personnel as required and the establishment of all other files normally associated with aircraft maintenance Logs and Records Departments.

**Essential Duties and Accountabilities:**
+ Shall have a working knowledge of automated data processing equipment.
+ Must have an in-depth working knowledge of Navy directive system. Naval correspondence format and procedures as related to aviation maintenance, handling of classified correspondence, materials, and equipment.
+ Meet all requirements of the COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 to perform Logs and Records and Database Analysis.
+ Must be thoroughly familiar with procedures and files required for the operation of a records and reports section, including aircraft logs and records.

+ Provides qualitative and quantitative analytical information to the Maintenance Management allowing a continuous review of the management practices within the Adversary F-5 Program.

+ Requires the ability to perform data input and maintenance of aircraft maintenance records and historical files in accordance with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series and NAVAIR contractual requirements to provide accurate aircraft inventories and configurations, and scheduled maintenance information.
+ Performs administrative functions for Transfer of Naval Aircraft.
+ Prepares reports for management as directed.
+ Processes readiness documents, administers/monitors the aircraft configuration status accounting program.
+ Verifies aircraft utilization reports.

**Qualification Standards:**

POSITION SUMMARY
This position conducts heavy cleaning and floor care work such as carpet cleaning, stripping/refinishing hard floor surfaces, and special projects. Operates and maintains power cleaning equipment and responds to assigned service requests such as project cleaning, equipment removal, trash or linen removal. Sets an example of excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and clean environment and identifying safety issues related to housekeeping.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Responds promptly to all requests for cleaning services via computerized and paper based tracking systems. Conducts requested work, such as removal, replacement, cleaning of equipment and furniture, or cleaning of an area. Maintains reports by keeping task and infection control logs of completed daily tasks and events, and documentation required for the request tracking system. Focuses on, and serves as a role model of, responsive customer service.
2. Performs specialty cleaning and infection control functions in specialized areas such as clinical areas, surgical suite, Cath lab, specialty rooms, and sterile areas. Conduct specialized gowning and cleaning procedures specific to infectious elements in isolation rooms. Maintains proper Infection Control cleaning standards at all times, including hand hygiene requirements.
3. Maintains cleanliness and operational functioning of department equipment and notifies appropriate personnel of needed repairs. Protects equipment from damage by proper use and properly logs out and in equipment that is used.
4. Assesses environmental conditions to ensure that the facility is neat, clean, safe and orderly. Anticipates and resolves clutter and safety issues. Exercises judgment in deciding which problems need to be quickly referred to a Supervisor for assistance. Maintains communication with immediate supervisor and/or facilities services staff, about status of repair completion in the facility; follows up as assigned.
5. Provides leadership for less experienced associates. May assist with on-the-job training for other staff in cleaning techniques, chemical usage, supply restocking, and infection control procedures including hand hygiene. Focuses on and serves as a role model of responsive customer service.
6. Performs scheduled floor care procedures including dust mopping, mopping, stripping and refinishing, burnishing, and carpet extraction. Calculates quantities and mix ratio of cleaning chemicals.
7. Works under regular supervision within assigned facility. Internal customers include staff, physicians, nurses, patients, visitors, supervisors, managers, and executives. External customers include visitors, patients, and employees from other facilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires the skills, knowledge and abilities normally acquired over one to two years of diversified environmental service work experience in a health care or institutional setting. Must have a working knowledge of how to operate typical industrial cleaning equipment and the use of cleaning techniques appropriate to the healthcare environment. Must have basic math skills. Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing to provide instructions and information to others. Must be able to interpret and respond appropriately to verbal and written instructions. Must accomplish assigned work despite frequent interruptions and changing priorities, and have the ability to multi-task in coordinating several projects simultaneously.
