The APP-LVAD Coordinator provides comprehensive primary care to young adult and adult populations with a focus on patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care. Responsibilities include clinical staff support, administrative leadership in the CICU clinic, occupational health compliance, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. The role requires advanced nursing licensure, certifications, and leadership experience to promote health, wellbeing, and operational excellence within a university hospital setting.

• Requirements (education/work experience)
  Graduation from an accredited graduate nursing program with a MSN and/or DNP, and five-years related experience. Prefer experience in young adult/adult primary care and student-centered care promoting health and wellbeing. Prefer nursing management and leadership experience. Requires licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing and certification in Basic Life Support and/or certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
  Patient Care (80%). Provide comprehensive primary care to a young adult/adult population.
