What You’ll Do
As a Surgical Veterinary Technician , you’ll work closely with five board-certified surgeons , surgical residents, and interns. This role involves managing all aspects of surgical nursing—from patient intake and diagnostics to anesthesia, surgical assistance, and post-op recovery.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Support soft tissue, orthopedic, laparoscopic, and neurosurgeries
- Prepare surgical patients and maintain sterile technique in the OR
- Perform post-operative care , treatments, and documentation
- Collaborate with DVMs, residents, and the surgical support team to provide top-tier care
- Communicate compassionately with clients and ensure patients are treated with kindness, dignity, and professionalism
- Help with department flow, scheduling, and maintaining equipment and surgical supplies
Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Some holidays are required
Compensation
- Starting at $25/hr, commensurate with experience and licensure
- up to $2,5000 sign on bonus, commensurate with experience and licensure

As the Emergency Lead Veterinary Technician , you’ll combine clinical excellence with compassionate leadership to keep our emergency service running smoothly. In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care , including triage, diagnostics, and treatments
- Mentor and coach veterinary technicians and assistants to build confidence and skill
- Coordinate daily staff assignments and manage workflow for optimal efficiency
- Ensure completion of end-of-shift responsibilities before team members depart
- Participate in onboarding and training of new team members to foster long-term success
- Maintain accurate controlled substance logs and complete daily checks in EzyVet
- Act as a liaison between the emergency team and hospital leadership to ensure alignment and support
- Monitor and manage staffing needs , shift coverage, and scheduling adjustments
- Uphold hospital protocols , safety standards, and infection control policies
- Attend leadership meetings and contribute to hospital-wide process improvement initiatives
Who We're Looking For:
- CVT/LVT/RVT licensure in good standing
- Strong technical skills and confidence working in emergency settings
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with EzyVet or similar hospital management systems
- The ability to delegate, organize, and lead with professionalism
- A commitment to patient advocacy, mentorship, and collaborative care

We're currently seeking Licensed Veterinary Technician Emergency Lead to join our exceptional emergency department. As the Emergency Lead Technician , you’ll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations on the emergency floor while delivering high-level nursing care. This is a leadership position that blends hands-on clinical responsibilities with mentorship and team coordination.

- Starting at $31/hr, commensurate with experience
- up to $2,5000 sign on bonus, commensurate with experience and licensure

As an Emergency & Critical Care Technician , you’ll work directly with our ER doctors and support team to deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. Your ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and act as a patient advocate is key to our mission.
In this role, you will:
- Provide triage and stabilize incoming patients
- Administer IV, IM, SQ, and PO medications
- Assist with diagnostics such as radiographs, bloodwork, and ECGs
- Monitor patients in ICU or undergoing treatments/procedures
- Manage fluid therapy and anesthesia monitoring as needed
- Communicate effectively with doctors, teammates, and clients
- Maintain detailed medical records and treatment sheets
- Support patient admissions, discharges, and client education
- Assist in emergency procedures and critical care support
Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position
- Saturday/Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, final schedule to be discussed during interview process
- Some holidays are required
