Position Summary

This is a 5-bed unit that ensures patients receive optimal medical attention and support. Our same day surgery unit has 19 beds.

The RN - Surgery provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Paducah, Kentucky and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,980 - $2,166 per week*

• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. • Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and accurately document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
