Under general direction, act as the inter-departmental interface between the user and systems programming and operations. Assist in establishing systems analysis, programming and computer operations priorities in order to provide effective service to management and sites. Recommend standard policies and procedures for providing routine service. Assist in LIMS database design and system development. Prepare and/or supervise statistical summaries and special reports from LIMS database.
- Continually monitor company/Laboratory information needs and design new or modify existing systems to meet changing requirements
- Conduct a wide range of quality control tests and analyses to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
- Assist in planning and scheduling testing and training
- Process sample information and maintain records on LIMS database
- Research, analyze, design and maintain laboratory computer systems in support of LIMS administration and projects
- Serve as liaison with information systems staff in resolving programming and related problems
- Execute moderately complex tests according to established plans and scripts, documents problems in an issue log and retest software corrections to ensure problems are resolved
- Create test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow
- Draft and revise moderately complex test plans and scripts
- Recommend new equipment or software in support of Freeport-McMoRan objectives
- Identify, recommend and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance strategies
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and two (2) years of related experience, OR
- Associate's degree in an appropriate discipline and four (4) years of related experience, OR

- Knowledge of the principles and practices of information management systems
- Ability to research and analyze systems information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Duties:
- Patient exams/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
- Take and Review X-rays
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to ROF’s, Diagnosis, treatment plan options, healthy lifestyle advice, lifestyle modifications, and rehab/therapy modalities
- Assist the patient with decompression, muscle stim and low-tech rehab when needed
- Chiropractic Manual therapy Diversified, drop table and activator
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with other providers and staff for comprehensive patient care
- Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
- Chiropractic license in AZ
- Certification/training in Acupuncture a plus
- Monday thru Friday with office hours ending at 12:30 on Fridays
- $0k- 120k /year (depending on experience and training)

Marathon Petroleum Company LP (MPC) has a position available for a professional light products transport driver in Safford, AZ. Our drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of petroleum products to regional terminals, refineries, and various other locations. Transport drivers independently follow specified policies, procedures and standards, under the general supervision of local fleet management.

Minimum Qualifications
- Active Class A Commercial Driver's License
- Must maintain a satisfactory driving record and provide consent to company for review of driving record(s).
- Must register with FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide consent to company for review of clearinghouse records.
- Must be able to drive interstate.
- Active CDL Endorsements: Hazardous Materials and Tank Vehicle (Required)
Shift Requirements
- Must be able to work up to a 12-hour AM/PM shift.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Check tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer for general operating requirements and make sure that all required equipment is available and in good operating condition. Note inspection and deficiencies on the pre-trip inspection form.
- Drive a tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer to transport product in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Obey all applicable federal, state and local laws. Follow MPC and site specific standard operating procedures for the loading and offloading process.
- Perform post-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and DOT regulations. Complete all regulatory and customary paperwork. Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
- Communicate all incidents, including safety and environmental concerns, according to company procedures.
- Report all equipment issues in a timely manner.
- Follow, maintain, and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations.
Physical Requirements Include
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be able to work on elevated spaces: 30+ feet on graded elevation.
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull 50-65 lbs.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to grip a steering wheel for extended periods of time.
Screening Requirements
- Must maintain a satisfactory driving record and provide consent to company for review of driving record(s).
- Must pass required drug and alcohol screening(s).
- Must complete DOT physical and maintain current medical card.
- Must pass three-year DOT safety background check and seven-year criminal background check.
- Must pass pre-trip exam and road test to demonstrate proficiency operating required equipment.
