Job Description:
This job code applies to the Athletic Trainer, in the community, youth or high school setting, with primary assignment to support the medical needs of the assigned partner; provide medical coverage, on field and in the training room for injured athletes during practices and events. Such duties may also extend to assist other local high schools, community sporting events, and regional sporting camps/activities. This position will have variable working hours, unpredictability of schedules, adjusting to match the needs of the partner and late nights.Essential Functions
Carries out rehabilitation program after athlete or patient has been evaluated and treatment plan has been established collaborating closely with other medical team providers including PT, and Physician.
Assesses and administers first-aide to injured athletes during practices and sporting events, making appropriate physician referral when needed.
Oversees the operation of the Athletic Training room ensuring that appropriate levels of supplies are maintained, maximal coverage is provided, and that the Athletic Training room and clinic maintains a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Communicates effectively with coaches, school administration, parents, athletes, patients, physicians, therapists as well as other sports medicine team members.
Maintains accurate records of all evaluations, referrals, and treatments administered to patients or athletes.
Provides education and training on injury prevention, advocates for overall health literacy, nutrition, and mental health wellbeing.
Develops strong relationships with Key Stakeholders at assigned school or clinic; including but not limited to; Physicians, Athletic Director, School Administration and Faculty, Coaching Staff, Boosters, and Parents.
Ensures that proper return to play criteria is met before allowing participation of athlete or patient, ensuring that the best interest of the athlete or patient is the priority.
Organizes and presents in-services, lectures, coaches conferences, seasonal physicals, sports camps, training, and educational opportunities as appropriate.

Current Athletic Training Licensure for the states in which you work.
Credentialed as an Athletic Trainer through the Board of Certification (BOC).
Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.

A PFT-C is intended to use the best evidence to promote development of both the science and the art underlying their specialty area of practice. A PFT-C is a clinician who demonstrates a highly specialized skill set and who works to translate that knowledge, nurture best practice, lead clinical growth, and foster strong evidence-based clinical programs throughout Intermountain Rehabilitation.Job Essentials:
Functions as core clinician (e.g., appropriate documentation for each patient in a complete, thorough, and timely manner in accordance with national, local, and Intermountain regulations, patient billing in an accurate and timely manner, staff management including recruiting, hiring, and annual evaluation assessments).

Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the safe and reliable transport of Primo Water products to company pre-assigned distribution points.
Safely operate transport vehicle.
Ensuring vehicle meets all Department of Transportation (DOT) laws and company standards.
Understanding of load and freight weight requirements.
Operate forklift to unload and reload trailer with company products.
Complete all required company and DOT required documents and reports.
Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle.
Ability to manage and track inventory.
Protect company assets by securing product loads before and during transport.
Complete comprehensive vehicle inspections.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum two years’ experience driving tractor/trailers OTR.
- Ability to use a handheld device and application systems.
- Valid CDL Class A license wih Tanker endorsement.
- Must be able to meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration driver qualifications including pre-trip and post-trip requirements.
- Ability to safely lift up to 66 pounds.
- Repetitive motion when loading and securing products in trailer.
- Forklift experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer/data entry skills and basic math skills proficiency.
- Ability to drive tractor/trailer in all weather conditions.
- May be required to work up to 12-hour shifts
- Manual Transmission experience preferred
