Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting with at least 1 year of experience and a WI PT license or eligibility.
Responsibilities- Outpatient physical therapy department
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 13-week contract assignment with 40 hours per week
- Candidates may be required to float within the hospital as needed
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates cannot reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility
- Returning employees must have at least a one-year break after working 52 weeks as a traveler
- A COVID-19 vaccine is not required for this position
- Compliance modules and orientation to be completed during onboarding
- Lab work and drug screening appointments must be completed within 48 hours of signing
- Only one holiday requested off will be accepted if multiple holidays fall during the assignment
- Current or pending WI Physical Therapist license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience
- BLS certification required, must be from AHA
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
- Two professional references required, one from a supervisor
- Resume, transcript or diploma, education verification, and three references (two peers and one department chair with names and emails) must be submitted within one week of signing
