As aTraveling HVAC Controls - Field Service Technicianhere at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing technical assistance and service to our customers in the HVAC industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC control systems. Your expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the efficiency, comfort, and safety of our customers buildings (commercial sites). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering exceptional service and assistance to our customers in the HVAC controls industry
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and travel up to 70% to the customer sites in Detroit, MI and outside the region. During the first 90-180 days, you may travel to other areas for training and assistance. You will receive a vehicle and a travel and expense card for business use.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commission, start up, and tune control systems to meet customer specifications and job requirements.
- Install, configure, and test pre-engineered software for control systems OR this instead: Install and troubleshoot pre-engineered software and hardware, checkout control systems, and start-ups and commission systems according to customer requirements and job specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with efficiency and expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Report incidents, near misses, and improvement opportunities through the SOS system.
- Perform open systems and 3rd party integrations and collaborate with other vendors of different protocols.
- Ensure that the configuration management policy is followed which involves back- up of all changes on an on-going basis during installation and final archiving of Honeywells hardware and software on Honeywell Server.
- Demonstrate system and conduct customer training for all functions
- Support sales activities by presenting integrated/networked solutions and retro fit opportunities when warranted.
- Travel up to 70% in the assigned territories.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE
- 2+ years experience in building controls and automation, including troubleshooting diagnosis and repair of emergency management systems, exposure to programming, PC usage, and general networking principles.
- Working knowledge of BACnet control systems
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are urgently seeking two (2) experienced gravel train drivers to fill gravel train positions in the Reese area. The Gravel Train Driver should expect to load and deliver product safely and maintain a professional image when interacting with customers, vendors, and other drivers. This is a local position with a home daily schedule .
Applicants must have at least six months of gravel train experience.
Essential Duties:
• Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting goods
• Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order
• Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes
• Inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure
• Maintain logs of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the appropriate parties

DHT is looking for Owner Operators to join our propane division. Our tanker division hauls propane, butane, and ammonia. We are licensed to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada. This position is OTR and requires a hazmat and tanker endorsement along with a clean driving record.
Essential Duties:
- Attach terminal hoses to the truck connections to pump propane into the tanker
- Use permanent hoses attached to the filling ports or the hoses stored in the truck to unload the tanker
- Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting goods
- Complete all "pre-trip" requirements before each truck run and "post-trip" requirements at the end of each shift
- Operates a powered industrial vehicle according to applicable state and federal transportation laws
- Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations
- Deftly maneuvers truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follows loading crew signals
- Assists with loading and unloading of materials, using specialized equipment when warranted
