Expected Schedule:

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Current dental hygienist license in Oklahoma and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

  • Experienced and New Grad welcome to apply
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health

Physical Requirements

Your Role at Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska:

As a Nurse Practitioner with Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska, a Leidos QTC Health Service affiliated professional corporation, you will conduct a variety of general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations including, but not limited to: 

  • Reviewing medical history and associated records
  • Interpreting clinical data
  • Completing written reports and generating independent medical opinions (IMO)

The examinations may be completed in-person (in a clinic setting), in the examinee’s home, telephonically, at large event settings for the Reserve Health Readiness Program, or using telehealth platforms.

You will be traveling (up to 30%) to provide physical examinations for veterans and service members in multiple locations throughout the country.  All travel expenses are covered and a per diem will be received. 

Work Schedule, Location, What to expect:  

  • Generally M-F, 8 working hour day (between 7am -6pm), with weekend/evening schedules based on operational needs.
  • 30% national travel
  • Comprehensive  onboarding and training program with progressive encounter complexity as job understanding and skills develop
  • Fully staffed clinic to support operations.  
  • We will pay for licensing, malpractice, CME costs, and more!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Physical exams for a variety of customers to include federal, defense and others.

  • Written medical opinions based on provided medical records/information and acceptable clinical evidence (ACE)
  • Provide telephonic and virtual exams
  • Unique exam settings - homebound, event sites, etc.

  • Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited college or university.
  • Current National Licensing w/ ANCC or AANP
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care / internal medicine experience.
  • Unrestricted State medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice in the state of hire.
  • Ability to obtain DEA license
  • Valid BLS OR ACLS certification

  • Technically competent with computers/tablets to include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and using Electronic Medical Records

Required Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)  

  • Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited college or university.
  • Current National Licensing w/ ANCC or AANP
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care / internal medicine experience.
  • Unrestricted State medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice in the state of hire.
  • Ability to obtain DEA license
  • Valid BLS OR ACLS certification
  • Ability to earn and maintain clinical training/certifications as required by current and future contracts.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain government clearances (LARS, Public Trust, NACI, etc.) as required.
  • Ability to pass a medical clearance consisting of passing an N95 respirator fit test, properly wearing organizational standard respiratory protective equipment as required, passing a Tuberculosis/TB test, and receiving a Hepatitis A/B vaccine series or passing a Hepatitis A/B Titer test and other medical clearances/vaccinations as required.   

Preferred Experience:  

  • Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations.

Summary:

The Mammography Technologist implements orders from physicians and assists with procedures to help diagnose and treat breast disease in patients. They ensure accurate imaging, maintain compliance with radiation safety standards, and provide compassionate care to patients.   • Explains procedure to patients and answers questions if they arise
  • Positions patient appropriately for imaging procedure
  • Maintains medical imaging equipment, ensures machines are functioning properly, and organizes the procedure room for optimal safety and efficiency
  • Monitor image quality during procedures, adjusting as needed achieve diagnostic accuracy
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare teams as necessary
  • Follows hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control procedures
  • Practice infection prevention through consistent hand hygiene, use of PPE, and isolation precautions
  • Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice for Mammography Technologists
