  • Certifications:
    • BLS upon hire
    • NRP and ACLS within six months of hire or transfer into position
    • Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Advanced Fetal Monitoring and STABLE within one year of hire or transfer into position.
    • New hires will have ninety (90) days from date of hire to obtain American Heart Association certifications. Notwithstanding this â grace periodâ for obtaining American Heart Association certifications, employees are not excused from being current in all existing certifications that are required for their position as outlined in the position job description.

Position Summary:

This position supervises daily staff activities for the Labor and Delivery Department.

Essential Functions:

  • Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels, ensuring staffing schedule is accurate and appropriate.
